I've had issues with this place before and had started avoiding this location altogether which sucks because it is the most conveniently located on my drive to work. Constantly messing up orders, they were more often wrong than they were correct, not to mention the long waits, poor service, rude staff etc. This morning, my girlfriend and I were running behind and decided to stop against our better judgement. Pulling in the comment was made "we'll see if they can get it right this time" never a good sign but we have been let down time after time after time here. Today they got the order right but when we got our coffees mine was filled MAYBE a third of the way up, hers was about halfway. We didn't catch this until we had already pulled away, and again, in a rush and short on time that's what the drive through is for, convenience right? So we didn't have time to turn around. I seriously had to open my cup to make sure they didn't just hand me an empty one. Why am I paying for a large and getting a third of a drink? This is ridiculous. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, I was expecting disappointment and they delivered as usual. There was a reason I was avoiding this location, there was a reason I was hesitant, and I will not be coming back ever again. I gave them a chance to make it right after many disappointments there and I guess I was fooled again.
If the store manager is reading this, a couple things. your phone number does not work. I tried calling the number listed instead of addressing this publicly and the number is not in service so here we are. Your staff is constantly unpleasant. I don't need to hear the lady at the window airing her grievances against her coworkers constantly and this wasn't just overhearing, she has told me on several occassions how much she can't stand her coworkers. I don't expect super uppity, top of the line service, just hand me my order and send me on my way for all I care but I don't care to hear about your workplace disputes. My order is constantly wrong. Almost everytime. I gave you guys another chance today and was let down yet again. I guess I should only be disappointed in myself because I knew there were issues here yet I chose to return. I will not be returning again and making that mistake again. I paid $5 for a third of a drink? Ridiculous. This is your whole thing, this is what you guys do. People place an order, you prepare it, take our money and send us on our way and you consistently don't even do that right. So you tell me, why should I bother coming back to your location? Read moreIf you value being treated with basic human decency, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. What I experienced here was not only unprofessional, but deeply inappropriate — and frankly, appalling.
There were two employees: a kind, respectful young woman who handled herself with grace, and an older woman who appeared to be the manager. My daughter had gone into the store to order a sandwich. A short while later, I returned so I could place my own order. The young employee politely asked me to pull to the front so she could bring out my daughter’s food. No issue — until the older woman stormed out of the store and began screaming at me without provocation.
Let me be clear: I had not ordered anything yet. I wasn’t even the customer involved in the original transaction. I calmly tried to speak to her, but she was relentless — shouting over me, then directing her hostility toward my teenage daughter. The scene she caused was loud, humiliating, and completely unnecessary.
When she finally retreated into the store, the young woman came out to apologize for my experience. And to be honest, I felt more sorry for her — forced to work under such an unprofessional and toxic presence.
I walked inside to address the manager’s behavior directly, explaining that yelling at customers — especially those who weren’t even involved in the issue — was entirely unacceptable. Her response? She doubled down and made a remark that stopped me cold: “You people are always trying to get free food.”
“You people.” I wonder exactly what kind of “people” she meant. I’m sure she knew. And so do I.
There is no excuse for this kind of language or behavior — especially from someone in a position of leadership. This woman was not only aggressive and disrespectful — she was emboldened in her prejudice.
I will not be returning to this location, and I urge others to think twice before giving them your business. No one deserves to be verbally assaulted or stereotyped while grabbing lunch with their child. This manager should not be in customer service, much less leading a team. And to the young employee who handled everything with such poise — I hope you find a job that values your kindness and professionalism, because you deserve so...
Read moreThis Dunkinnut was the worst place I ever seen, its May 12 around 9 Pm, the guy who work there was really gave me hard time, I present the coupon $.49 Cent for ice coffee, He refuse to take it and he said this coupon is not good at this location, its clearly print on the coupon good at paerticipating Dunkin donuts store IN Camden county NJ. so I show him that WORDS on the botton of coupon, and then he take over the coupon and try to scan it, the scan laser not even face to the coupon's bar code and he said the scanner would not scan it for some reason, so I can not use it. so he bring up some other coupon which is $.99 cent for ice coffee and ask me to use their coupon and because it work. I question him why I can use this same couple every where else??? and he said you can step to the side and wait 15 mins for manager to answer you. OR use this couple at the store across street from them. WHAT THE WORLD??? NOW, I understand why he refused at the first time. so I ask for his NAME and He refuse to give to me and said you can have this ice coffee for FREE.... I told him that as employee you can not give out stuff for free... I am So Upset and angry.......
