It’s no longer an order, pay, enjoy experience anymore, but an advanced DIY system now. It’s more confusing than just talking to a cashier. As for the food… it’s McDonald’s, so expectations are already low, but it’s still shocking how little nutritional value you get for the calories. Greasy, overly processed, and 9/10ths of time time you leave feeling worse than when you walked in. If convenience was their selling point, they’ve officially lost it. Lastly, the prices are deadly to even think of. Sure they have a new rewards system, but it’s only enough to bring you back. Plus, you need to have the McDonald’s app to be able to receive reward points & specialized savings.
