So I can honestly say, I’ve been going to this Starbucks for I don’t know maybe close to a decade now. They’re honestly so polite, they’re such a lively atmosphere and truthfully such a good Starbucks. I have been to my fair share of Starbucks (I’m a student who’s now in graduate school) and they seriously always so kind and they even remember you if you go often.
I have NEVER had a poor experience here. I’ve had my drink maybe redone only like twice out of a whole decade and not once has anyone been rude but rather they were more than happy to fix my drink.
I don’t know what is up with the influx of negative comments. I drive 10 minutes out my way before going to school to get this Starbucks over one that’s along the way.
The only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 is because honestly it’s a little chilly in there. I’m sure they’re hot back there the way they are hustling and working hard to finish everyone’s orders and the mobile order, so I would rather be cold any day.

Well, I wasn’t expecting to be at this particular Starbucks coffee chain. I normally go to the one located on garden state park in cherry hill.
When I ordered the pumpkin spice latte and warm chocolate chip cookie, I got what I received. However that wasn’t the real problem.
The real problem was something disturbing I witnessed in front of me! A Starbucks worker picked up a green lid holder which belonged to my beverage and he put it on the holder of my beverage and gave me the beverage.
Well… as a customer that in of itself was unsanitary and disgusting!
I spoke to the manager of that store and I told him that one of his employees performed that task and I simply was disturbed by it. He apologized and said he will train his employees on how to use an item if that item is dropped by an employee.
At the end the manager gave me a brand new pumpkin spice latte no questions asked!

I sometimes order matcha drink at this location when I’m rush cause this is the nearest one to my house. However, I have no good experience of ordering here 3 times recently.
1st time here, I could see the color of the matcha Frappuccino wasn’t right. And yes, it tasted really just milk and ice with light green color. 2nd time here, I ordered ahead 10 mins before I came, but still had to wait more than 20 mins for the drink in the morning. 3rd time here today, the color is not right again, so I can guess somehow about the taste. Then I’m right, the drink today is completely filled with a bunch of ice, also it tastes straight like water. I can’t taste matcha or sweetness (I don’t have covid🙄). Also the volume of the drink is less than usual. Here the drink after 3 sips.
