Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cherryville

It's alright. Nothing insanely special the pizza is good but the marinara is terrible I Don't know who picked out the marinara they use but the little to go cups for one is not enough marinara for a small child. Not to mention it tastes very sweet sadly a pizza place like dominos and pizza hut they aren't made to get food from on a tight budget, yet Little Caesars , which is a pizza place that you can go that's a quick &fast and cheap has 100% better marinara and actually literally on par with dominos and pizza hut I Don't really eat papa John's but I have before it's not that great either.. so out of all those pizza places the funny thing is that even if money was entirely no issue whatsoever I would choose to get pizza to go from Little Caesars... Not bashing Dominos maybe if they got different marinara and made it a larger size not a thimble and you also feel like you have to pry it out of them and pizza hut for whatever reason pizza hut and dominos do not want to give you marinara and if you ask for it not only do they act like it's a hassle they charge waaay to much for one cup like the domino's close to me wants a $1.00 for one cup which is crazy .... But not as crazy as pizza hut which actually insanely charges more at a whopping $3.00 for a friggin cup is it a nice size cup yes is it good marinara yes but little Caesars is better and just as large and yes little Caesars does charge for marinara but of you talk to the clerk most of them will just give you...

Do not want to give any stars (but have to give one to post) to a company that blocks you from ordering because you called to ask where your order is and complained about your already paid for delivery order for being 2 hrs late, only given a refusal of any refund, discount or even a free pizza. I was told they only had one driver and that was why it was so late. My complaint was why I was not informed of this when I ordered. When I order the app stated it would be a 30 to 45 min delivery time. She proceeded to tell my order ( 2hrs later) had not been made yet. I asked why they didn't not call or text me ( they had my contact information) to inform me, so i could come pick it up at least. I was told she was not required too. After refusal of any means to rectifying this the employee hang up on me after she stated she was to busy helping customers to deal with me. I guess I was not considered a customer. Also after this took place, I tried to order a few weeks later and was lied to about them not delivering in my neighborhood even though 1 hour later low and behold my neighbor had them deliver to them. I was told by the manager Chris that they updated the delivery area that is why they could not deliver out our neighborhood anymore. Straight up lied to me. They lost a very...

Never had a problem, until tonight. Don't usually leave reviews like this on places that are usually good. So, ordered food at 4:30p, get notification at 4:51 that my food was done and being checked for quality, okay, sweet. Didn't get my food until 6p. I waited over an hour and a half for food that had been ready for over an hour. Get my food and its cold. Would like to have gotten my food when it was ready or have my order remade if there was an issue to cause that long of a wait. Very disappointed with service tonight. I will order again and still do reccomend them because their food is normally always good. Corporate also needs to come up with more options for people who aren't satisfied with their orders. Free pizza in the future or 20% off future order? Some want a refund, some want their food remade, others want both.
