Ordered online received a call from delivery driver to clarify my delivery address. When I informed her that where she was delivering to was a house she informed me she was sitting at a light and could I come outside. Completely baffled as to what she was talking about reiterated that she was delivering to a house. She then asked me if I was upstairs and ok can I just come outside. After standing on my front porch for 4 minutes a car pulls up playing music and 2 young ladies talking loudly. The delivery driver gets out of vehicle dropping things as they laughed about always dropping people's drinks. She then tries explaining herself when pulling up that she had been in the wrong neighborhood. The pizza looked like it had been sliding around somebody's back seat and was cold and raw dough. Stars for her attempt to apologize the asinine behavior and MAINLY because I ordered from them earlier this week and they were awesome delivery and food.
Okay so after getting a response I ordered again with crossed fingers. Food was great . UPDATE: Don't waste your time!!!! Welp, fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me . Decided to take my daughter's for a fun night out and stayed at the Hyatt hotel. Decided pizza was the way to go and ordered from this chanellos. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING FROM THEM!!! Payed online asked that driver call when the are outside I would even come down and get order. I received the call from driver stating she was passing a bank and be there soon. I immediately went down with my 6 year old daughter to wait in lobby. I stood outside IN THE COLD waiting for an absurd amount of time only to see the driver in the distance drive pass. I immediately went back up to room to grab my phone which we on the charger to see the text message in the picture. Called to speak with manager who stated she had gone t the wrong address (in the high tech world of GPS). The text message was insulting enough but not getting what I paid for is the icing on the cake. They did offer to recook and deliver but It was getting too late to wait to feed to hungry children, so Taco Bell saved the day. Read moreAbsolutely terrible service. Placed an order at 10:35pm with a promised delivery time (as stated in my confirmation email) of 11:10pm. At 11:10 I went to "track my order" ..I'm only about 5 minutes away and the promised time has been fairly accurate in the past. It said pending approval by store manager. So I call the store and get placed on hold twice before finally talking to someone. The guy on the phone is just down right rude. Cut me off several time. Tells me he doesn't have my order. I told him I got a confirmation email and gave him the number then he finds my order. I guess there was a question about my delivery because he then proceeded to tell me they needed instruction on part of my order. I asked him what he meant and his response was "exactly what I said" ..had I known what he meant I would have answered the question. I added that I wanted garlic dipping sauce with my pizza.... This was the question that was waiting "store manager approval." That took me calling 40 minutes AFTER the order was placed to find out. Then when I called to sort things out I received nothing but horrible customer service. He proceeded to retake my order and then tell me that the order time was now 35-40 minutes...For THEIR mistake. Had this guy been polite and god forbid maybe a little appoligetic i probably would have been okay with waiting another 40 minutes, but after the type of service I received...I cancelled my order and called Pizza Hut.
I have worked in the restaurant business for 5 years and don't normally feel the need to post about stuff like this.. But this guy was beyond rude and unprofessional. I don't care how busy you are when its your mess up you own up and take responsibility for it. And above all else treat your customers with respect... Read moreMy vist to Chanellos today was rude and unprofessional.....im very offended by How they handled my patience and time there.....I work for delivery service and the tall guy who spoke to me about my order told me it was goin to take 7 mins...im not the only one he was telling that.... so i didn't think nothing of it....so I waited ..... he seem to be the only one that was making pizza.... i guess the one who claimed he was the boss was standing around talking for a long time to him and the other people who worked their was as well... no one was really paying attention... one of the guys asked who I was waiting for.... then walked away by that time its about 30mins...... i asked the same man from the beginning... how much longer did he think , i been waiting for almost 40 min he looks back and started to talking to other works about what happened.... then said that someone handed out the customer food to someone esle 5 more mins ...so i ask why they didnt he tell me, i been setting here this long he said they found out when i asked them smh ....waited 10 more mins and then I said this is crazy the tall guy jus told me anything to shut me up ....
