This place was absolutely amazing. It is not cheap, but very much worth the money. My husband and I stopped here late last night to get take out. We both adore Asian cuisine, we are always looking for a delicious place to try together when we go out of town. This was the best choice, hands down. We chose the dinner special for 2 and a piece of chocolate cake. First, the simple salad was so fresh and crunchy. You can tell they use only the freshest heads of lettuce. Second, the beef was prepared by a genius in the kitchen, I have never tasted beef so very well balanced in flavor, tenderness, moisture and sliced so thin. I was floored by the first bite. Shrimp, chicken, rice, veggies and two sauces. I have no complaints about the food here. Then I took a bite of the chocolate cake. It is not your typical cake. It was like a fudge truffle chocolate cake. I could have believe how smooth and elegant this dessert was. This is my first trip to Virginia ever in my life and I have to say that this will be our place to eat any time...
Read moreThe food was really good and I had the hibachi steak and veggies and fried rice. The decor is old so don’t go if you’re trying to have a fancy date. They had amazing service and the chef did an awesome job! The downside is they don’t have noodles. At least that’s what the lady told me who took the order, that since they bought it a year ago they don’t have noodles, so that was disappointing bc noodles are my favorite part of the dish and their menus say they have noodles. They also dont have clear soup, just the miso and their vegetables are lame. Just cabbage and a few slices of carrots and that’s it. No zucchini no squash no mushrooms, they actually don’t have mushrooms there he said so I’m not sure but what food we did get was pretty good. I’d go back if someone asked me to go there but I wouldn’t go there on my own accord, but again just bc some of my favorite stuff they don’t seem to serve. We did go on a Wednesday morning when they first opened up...
Read moreThis place sucks! The waitress wanted to argue the bill with me when my children were charged full adult prices. I asked her to fix it, but she continued to argue with me instead of fixing the bill. I asked for a manager and he said children prices are under 12 years old. I don't know how the hell they think my 7 year old is 12! I'm not even as upset over the bill as I am to how poorly she treated us! Her attitude was completely unnecessary! Don't come here unless you expect to be ripped off and talked back to! Gratuity is already included & they still expect more tip. They were so rude and not worth the waste of time! My kids did not like the food. Pretty bad when you can't even get a kid to eat fried rice, which is their favorite. Take your money & family somewhere else to eat. Panda Express could even do...
