This was my go-to sub place but service has definitely gone down hill. I placed an order through DoorDash a month ago. Received a call from this location's staff telling me the grill was down so they could not complete our order. Fine, so I asked for a refund. I was then told the manager, Chris btw, left for the day and would not be in until the next morning. He was only one who could refund me. The staff promised he would call me and preform the refund in the morning. Mind this is at 5 in the afternoon. Why is Jersey Mikes open without any management when they close at 9? Instead of calling me the next morning, the manager waited two days to call me back. Luckily I called DoorDash back to get the refund. Today tried to give them one more chance and wanted to get the special sub meal deal. Of course, Chris the manager takes my order. He tells me they no longer do the meal special. I inquire as to when and why they stopped doing the special meal and his answer is because he can't remember Saturday's sub special so they aren't doing it. The manager says he can remember Sunday, Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays, but not today's. If you want to get what you paid for without any issue, would not advise ordering subs here. Then she drowned my poor sub in Red Wine Vinegar and Oil. It was so bad you saw puddles of the Red Wine Vinegar and Oil all over the board. I never seen a person use so much of it. She could of used all of it that was running off sub for another regular sub and have some left over. Read moreFirst time visiting Jersey Mike's and while the sub was good, everything else was not. There were 7 people working and 4 customers. No one seemed to have any clear idea of what order was being worked. My BLT sub was made in about 5 mins and then sat on the counter while we waited about 20 minutes for my husband's sub. The other three customers were visibly angry with one man actually getting nasty with the workers. That was uncalled for, but I do understand his frustration. I try to be fair with my reviews especially towards service workers right now, but they had plenty of staff. My sub was good despite the bread turning soggy due to how long it sat.
