Ordered $50 in food; they didn't give me one of the bags of food. I tried to go into the establishment but the doors were locked. I knocked and one of the workers just pointed at the drive thru line. He wouldn't open the door to talk, he just pointed at the drive thru line, even though all it would take is for someone to go get the last bag of food for me. Common courtesy? There were 5 cars in the drive thru and they were going really slow...
We ordered the Italian Beef, both Spicy and "not spicy" (Lion's terminology, not mine... it's called Mild on the menu). I typically get the Spicy from the Des Peres and Ballwin locations. From this Chesterfield location on this day, the Italian Beef Spicy was disgusting. I'm not sure what they messed up.
My wife had the not spicy Italian, but she couldn't finish it. She said, "beef is bland, bread is worse than Walmart bakery, cheapest ingredients they could find for this sandwich. " So, I tried to finish my wife's not spicy. It was garbage.
When I pulled up to the drive thru menu, the speaker asks, Would you like to try our pulled pork sandwich? So, I ordered 3 for my children and the worker said they didn't have any pulled pork since they were going to close in half an hour. Not sure what closing in half an hour has to do with having food available.
Fries were simply not good. Bottom 10-20 percentile. Whatever is gross about fries, they accomplished it.
My kid hated the lemonade. My wife said it had a really bad after taste. I thought it was ok.

This is in regard to a side salad that I ordered. What I received from the Chesterfield Drive Thru was a container of aging chopped up iceberg lettuce pieces with two small broccoli pieces. Additionally, I selected ranch dressing, yet received no dressing. I realize this was only a $2.49 menu item. Had I not wanted it, I would not had ordered it. As it turned out, I ended up discarding the container of lettuce pieces- was not really a salad and, as I mentioned, there was no salad dressing provided anyway, had it been edible. also, just a cleanliness point- the salad container had sticky strawberry syrup on the outside. I did not order anything with this on it.

Read moreI never thought I’d see the day I’d leave a negative review for this restaurant but after frequenting Lions Choices for over 30 years and making a point to stop there multiple times per trip now that I live out of area I was extremely saddened by the service I received at this location. I was lectured by what I assume to be the manager after she got done yelling at her daughter for me getting condiments the wrong way I guess. Only to leave the location and find 2 things wrong with my order when I sent this experience in the app asking to be contacted I have never heard anything back. I did not feel comfortable contacting the store where I was talked down to at. I should have been refunded my missing items but again have heard nothing.
