I don’t live in this area. I only come through here to pick up my son and this is the second horrible experience I had with this location. And I’ve only been there twice is the sad part. And both the same issue. First time I filed a complaint through their corporate website about my horrible experience. They forward the complaint to the local owner and all his response was apologizing for the poor experience and he will correct the actions with the store and the employees. I ordered on the app on my way to that location. It was a to go order and pick up at the counter. Because I hate drive thru lanes it’s less personal from a customer experience aspect. Anyways I ordered mr food at 6:35 to me 3 minutes to get to that McDonald’s. I didn’t get my food until 6:56. I timed it this time around because of my last experience. All while I was waiting I watched a several cars pull in go through drive thru, get their food way before me and leave. And a door dash order that came in after me and the number showed up after my on the screen got her before mine. And I was not the only person upset about this in there. Because an older gentleman noticed the same thing that was waiting and he tried saying something to the girl who gave the door dash person her order and she blew him off and walked away. Read moreVery rude customer service. I asked for 3 large sweet teas and they refused to sell them to me because they didn’t have enough for the drinks with no ice. So then I asked for 2 sweet teas, 1 no ice, but still she said she could not do that either and I asked her why not and she answered we just can’t because you are getting more tea and we can’t do that. Who ever was speaking to me was so rude. When I got to the window they of course parked asked me to park. I asked for corporates number and they assured me they would bring it out to me when my order was bought to me. When my order was finally brought out I asked for the number that they said they would give me with my order, the young lady said I’ll have my manager come out and speak with you and give you the number as we are not corporate owned. I said fine I will wait. I waited 15 mins and no one ever came out and so I just left. I’ve never had bad service there besides having to wait a long time for orders. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. We have been frequent customers since moving to the area about 4 years ago. For the first time we used the app to place our order. We never received confirmation of the order so we called the restaurant to see if it had been received. The woman who answered the phone said she could not tell because it was a 3rd party app but she did not see it. I asked if we would be double charged if we came in and placed our order, apparently that was a bridge too far because she became rude and told me I could come in and check their computer system to see how it works. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. Tried calling back & they played games sending calls to the fax machine for the next 5 minutes. The same woman answered again (she claimed to be the manager when I asked for one) and told me I was rude for asking about being double charged, told me she didn't have to give me her name, and hung up on me when I asked for the owner's name.
