I love Cane's but this location is pretty terrible. Probably 3/5 times they screw something up. I generally just leave the review on their customer satisfaction survey but they didn't give me the right receipt this time with the survey code so I'm leaving a review here this time.

Before, I have waited 24 minutes for my food, not been given the extra Cane's sauce that I paid for and was on the receipt, and once I ordered a Box combo (which is listed as a 4 piece) and only received 3 pieces. Today, they didn't put my Cole Slaw in the box.

I think I'm done with this location.

2 stars because the food that you do get is good, you just may not get it all, you may have to wait a long time, and you probably will not receive a smile with your service. Other Cane's locations have much better and more accurate service so it's not the company, it's just this location.

Edit: 1/22/18 - I have revisited this location several times because I love Cane's and my coworkers do too. They seem to have gotten much better in the past few months. I had originally given them 2/5 stars but they have been much friendlier and haven't messed up my order in a few months. It seems like whatever they are doing...

I usually enjoy Raising Cane’s, but this visit was honestly terrible because of the service. From the start, when we ordered a Box Combo, the cashier tried to make a joke by saying, “we don’t serve box combos.” It came off as rude and unnecessary, not funny.

On top of that, when we tried to use a gift card, we were told it was expired, even though both my friend and I looked it over and couldn’t find an expiration date anywhere. Instead of handling it discreetly, the employee decided to show the card to the rest of the staff, which was humiliating and made the situation even worse.

We ended up sitting outside, and while it was a nice day, I couldn’t enjoy the meal because I was still upset about how we were treated. To make things worse, when I finally went inside to ask for a box for the food I didn’t finish, the guy helping me gave me attitude.

Overall, the food itself may have been fine, but the service completely ruined the experience. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Definitely not the kind of treatment you expect...

Golly, the manager Tamishia is doing her thing at this location. I've eaten at alot of canes, and sometimes depending on the area, it could be hit or miss, but this place. Goodness. 2pm. Shouldn't be a lunch or dinner rush. It's normally not busy for restaurants between 2 and 4, however Tamishias' location of the Raising Canes, PACKED, and not just the drive thru. Just about every seat in th house FULL. Drive-thru line out the parking lot, service with a smile. Not 1 worker standing around and chit chatting, and clean, I mean clean clean. Even Tamishia herself was out there grinding. Filling cup holders and making sure all her customers had smiles on their faces. I will be coming back through to this location next time I have to pass Chesterfield. Congratulations to your entire crew. Keep up that vibe. Just can't say enough about this establishment or the managers...

So after getting snubbed bt "OSHI SUSHI" I went looking for alternate food sources...my first thought after being ignored for over 15 minutes at the other place was, might as well get somthing fast since I was short on time. I have never been to rasing canes before..service was fast they sought me out when my order was ready and the food was good, now stuffed for the rest of the day I can move on...who thought that a place could sell just chicken strips and do so well...but I get it now...

I just had to change my rating because I was just treated very rudely here. I had asked to substitute an extra piece of bread instead of slaw, but I was given slaw and no extra bread. I went back around to correct it and the lower staff were helpful, but the manager was very rude and shooed me away. I also never got the extra canes sauces I paid for. The helpful staff and the food saved this from a one star.

Their chicken fingers cooked well and tasted great. The best part of their food was their sauce for chicken fingers. Their sauce made their chicken fingers tasted even better. I paid $30 for 25 chicken fingers. Their chicken fingers are juicier and more tender than chick-fil-A chicken fingers but cane's chicken is more greasier and more breading. Their sauce is way better than any of chick-fil-A sauce.
