The place is beautiful. The interior design is very nice. But that's the only thing I liked about the place. I get the feeling that this place is best as a takeout joint. Or maybe I'm too old and this is for a new generation. You have to order at a screen at the counter, or go to a table, scan a code, download an app, give them your email, phone number, and location and notification permissions (and immediately be overloaded by offers for discounts and food from other restaurants you are not even at). In the meanwhile if you're working and this is lunch - your lunch time is counting down. Finally you find the correct menu for the correct restaurant and the prices are higher on the app. So you end up walking over to the screen at the counter to check those prices. The prices at the counter screen are correct. So you order at the counter screen. Then It asks if how much you want to tip. What now? I'm placing my food order myself, the robot brings the food, I clean my own mess up. What exactly am I tipping for? Is the tip for the robot? I sit down and wait for the cute little robot to bring the food. The Bibimbap arrives in a takeout Ramen bowl container. The rice is dry, and wheres my veggies? Not like the picture on the glass at all. What I got was dry/hard rice with some iceberg ( very little at that), a spoonful of spinach, a fried egg, and Tofu cubes. No carrots, no Cucumbers, nothing like the bibimbapp I've had in other places. This was like a fried fast food version. I ate some and threw out the rest. Then I had to think about all these takeout containers going in the landfill when you're dining in and you could just eat on a nice plate. Maybe their Bobas or mochi are decent, maybe I'll go back and see. I don't know. Ugh...

Read more1st time being here. I love it. It's self service. It's weird because I'm not used to it but it's awesome! You place your order in the kiosk, place by the entrance door or use the QR code place in the tables. No person will take your order.
Little robots will bring your order. It's super cute!
The food is good. The green tea, strawberry flavor is delicious!!!! But also expensive, close to $6.
The raspberry cake bites is to die for! I am hook on it.
The seats to eat in the table are couches. Is super comfortable. Other tables have high chairs & it looks like it's leather.
The bathroom is super clean. The light turns on as you walk in. Same for the bathroom stall. I really appreciate that the toilets have a lid to be able to close the toilet before flushing. I'll be able to flush the toilet without getting shower with pee & poop germs.
I would really like if the put a bigger garbage can inside the bathroom stall. I also would like paper towels by the sink with a garbage can.
The restaurant is pricey but totally worth it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Something weird that my husband noticed was that there are no TV's in the restaurant. Everywhere you go now, usually all the restaurants have TV's to watch some kind of sport. I'm good...
