Worst experience ever. I ordered a Hot-N-Ready sausage and wanted to relieve a childhood treat. I was so disappointed. They didn't give me a receipt, there was no sauce on the pizza, and the cheese and sausage had no taste at all. About 15 minutes into eating it, and mind you I didn't finish it, I started getting nauseous. I went back to tell them that their pizza was making people ill. I first asked to talk to the assistant manager and told her that I wasn't given a receipt. But I immediately pointed out the woman that checked me out. She was begging me not to say something until later because her district manager was there and it would make her look bad and they would possibly lose their jobs. Will the district manager overheard our conversation and immediately came up and chastise me for not having a receipt. I pointed out that the lady working was the one that checked me out so she could verify that I did indeed purchase the pizza. She then told me that I was lying about it in order to get free food. I told her I was not lying I was merely coming up to inform them that there might be something wrong with their food, or they might be leaving it out too long. The district manager then decided to go in back with her constituents and say that there was some white boy lying about buying a pizza in order to get free food. I asked the assistant manager her name and she wouldn't give it to me I then asked if there was a number I could call and she told me that I had tolook it up on the internet. I've called the 800 number twice on that day, and all through the weekend and was on hold for over an hour each time. No one ever picked up the phone. It's a scam and they know they're selling subpar food. There is no way to get any sort of compensation for their inadequacy, poor service, and horrible food. I suggest never going to Little Caesars ever again. I wish I would be able to get ahold of corporate, because I'd love to tell them what their district manager said, and how customer service must not be her field of expertise. I originally felt bad for the workers there. But after that incident, I don't care if they look bad in front of their district manager because none of them really care about their job at all. It's plain as day as soon as you see...
Read moreI think we're gonna stop coming here, had a bad experience overall. Yesterday my husband placed an order for my sib to pick up. Apparently someone stole our order, then my sib had to wait an hour for them to re-make it. When my sib got home they had all but one of the pizza's(we ordered 2). I called off my husband's phone around 9-10 ish I think, twice no awnser. I assumed they were busy and called in the morning. I tried asking for a refund, they redirected me to the manager phone line, 45 minute hold..no response. Called an employee again..asking if they can just get the manager, just to be told the same thing. This time was on hold for an hour. I gave up, cause clearly I was getting no help. At the end of the day it's just 8$ but it's the lack of communication and accountability is what frustrated me. If you still wanna try here, it's your choice. But so far they have poor communication skills, long wait times and may or may not steal your money. Sorry for...
Read moreIght so I watched Hobbs and Shaw last night. I just felt genuinely disappointed. What a perfect way to ruin a franchise. It’s a walking advertisement and a truly poor way to continue the series. After watching the movie, I thought I would try to feel better by consuming some products from the Little Caesers establishment. I purchased some bread sticks, so called, “Crazy bread”. The bread was finely seasoned with butter and parmesan cheese. The parmesan cheese really compliments the garlic butter. After I felt content with my meal; I almost went back in to pay respects to the chef because it was so good it touched my dark and empty soul. my only disappointment was the lack of manzanitas in the fridge. It truly helps me digest my food in a better manner, and plus I love the taste of sweet carbonated apple. Thank you Lil Caesers for...
