I recently visited Body Energy Club Smoothie Place and I must say, my experience left a lot to be desired. The primary reason for my disappointment was the apparent lack of staff. It seemed like they had only one employee working there, and that poor soul was running around like a horse trying to manage everything.
Not only is this unfair to the employee, but it also reflects poorly on the establishment itself. By cutting corners and understaffing, Body Energy Club is doing themselves a disservice. It's evident that they are losing potential customers because of the overwhelming workload placed on just one person.
As a customer, I felt the immense pressure that the lone employee was under. The quality of service suffered as a result, with long waiting times and a general sense of chaos. It's disheartening to see a business prioritize cost-cutting over providing a pleasant and efficient experience for their customers.
Body Energy Club needs to understand that investing in sufficient staffing is essential for customer satisfaction and loyalty. By overworking a single employee, they are risking the reputation and success of their own business. I sincerely hope they address this issue promptly and improve their staffing situation for the sake of both their customers...

The woman in front of me was just talking to the cashier casually taking her sweet time and I was just standing there and no one was caring to acknowledge me. There were two guys behind the counter. The woman finally walks off and I walk up and tell the man that I have an online order for Justin. He gives me this confused/dirty look and says āwhat?ā not evening looking at me. I said it again and he said oh and they looked around and found it. They both seemed not interested. They were quite cold even though just 2 minutes prior they were laughing with that woman. I was confused. When he handed it to me he turned out and whispered something to his coworker and laughedā¦it was obvious they were saying something about me, like at least wait until I walk away. I walk past this place leaving Equinox everyday and finally thought to try it and this happens, so probably will not be going back when they are working. It made me feel uncomfortable.
