Employees rude. Sat on their mobiles. Member who served me was abrupt. Stated no soda when I asked for a soda. Then pointed at the soda machine so I could choose. Not sure if they don’t understand English or if they’re just arrogant or disinterested. Pizza was dry. Lacked flavour apart from salt. Which appears to be consistent in over reviews. Save yourself and don’t bother. Pizza at whole foods was far superior, fresher, hotter and tastes of pizza and cheaper too.

Bough a cheese slice there. The taste was ok, but I got a little stomach upset after it. Aren't sure it was because of pizza, but take that into consideration. What's worse is that they charge 3.5% as restaurant surcharge! That's a total shame and I absolutely recommend not visiting them for this dishonest tactics. Up your prices and honestly display them to customers instead of hiding your cost inside the check.

Portions were very generous. It cost about $25 for two people as shown in the picture. I am not sure if the amount of fries was more generous than normal but I was very happy. The pizza was pretty good and comparable to many similar large slice places like this. Cheese fries were great as well. The wait time didn't seem to take very long but it was not very busy at the time.

Writing this is realtime, 6/5/16. We just ordered a whole pizza and then we waited 20 minutes. I ask the lady where,s my pizza, and how much longer it would be after she told me 20 minutes ago it would be 15 minutes. Well they forgot to make the pizza, then they say 15 minutes. 25 minutes later they call our number, but they forgot to slice the pizza. Now here's the part that really irked me, I was told I would get an order of fries due to the inconvenience. I thought, well at least they believe in good service. Well I asked them once, first response: "we'll bring it out to you, because we need to make some" yet 10 seconds after she goes and gets some fries and gives it to another customer. I ask again and she says "yeah let me get them" nothing. They ignored and lied to me constantly for the 15 minutes I was up there. Cheats, liars and terrible service all in 1 place. Also the pizza was subpar at best. Go somewhere else!

Edit: after walking up for the 5th time the manager finally gave me my fries (point is principle, you don't lie to...

I waited for them to open and I get back down here 10 minutes after they open and I don’t even wanna eat the food now because 2 female employees are standing by the food eating putting food in their mouth. One even has black gloves on eating the food. I don’t want them touching my food. One put her fingers in her mouth eating what looked like bread sticks. Just standing at the front counter scrolling through her phone eating food. That’s freaking nasty! I stand there on purpose to see if she’ll stop eating when she sees me. She see me see her and she continues to eat so I walked away. I’m a go further down to another place called Giordano's to order some food. How do you come to work and start eating instead of eating before you come to work or on your lunch break. Finally, they stopped eating when a couple groups of people walk up to place an order. I never saw them wash their hands. They just started...

Let's start with communication. There was no clarity,no way to clear distinguish the order line from the pickup line.

The cashier did a poor job of communicating such. I ordered a frozen lemonade and got a regular one. And while my receipt read "lemondae", I clearly requested frozen, for my child. He told me it wasn't frozen and when we returned, the cashier was more than willing to ask if he wanted blue raspberry or strawberry. We knew nothing about those, when I initially ordered frozen lemonade. Frozen lemonade thats, what we expect, old fashioned lemonade; not raspberry or strawberry. My child decided to just keep it, but said the lemonade was far too sweet.

When I went to get my pizza, the server placed it on the counter, rather than hand it off to me and kept it moving. I should've followed my first mind and requested a full refund.

Customer service and communication, much left desired for...
