Absolutely terrible establishment! They are incapable of fulfilling simple orders, no matter if it’s by phone or online, on multiple occasions. Incompetent, disinterested, and lazy employees with lots of excuses but again unable to simply deliver correct orders to customers. Today I placed an order using their confusing website at around 730pm- for an 8square supreme pizza and wings- driver arrives an hour later (pizza place btw is only a few blocks away & they charge a bunch of inappropriate surcharges), super reluctant to get out of his car to walk the steps to building door (not sure how lazy someone can be?), I bring the food upstairs only to find it’s totally the wrong order!! Pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. Have to waste time getting ahold of real person to complain to/beg for correct order (also order was $60, was is RIDICULOUS for this so-called pizza, def nothing to write home about)- girl who picked up defensive, saying it was really busy- sorry dude if you can’t handle working Super Bowl Sunday, find another job? This isn’t rocket science, I’m sorry- and the driver reportedly had TWO orders and couldn’t figure out which was which, like, yikes??? Oh best part- guy leaves the new order in the cold outside building door and wings without any dipping sauce- pathetic. Will absolutely never ever purchase anything from this place (won’t be at all surprised when they close, as there are PLENTY of pizza places- should’ve definitely simply gotten Aurelios or Dominos pizza or you know a zillion other options) and encourage no one else go there either- you will most definitely be sorry. Wouldn’t be surprised either if these jokers spit in the food, gosh forbid they actually own up to mistakes and make a sincere effort to the jobs they’re presumably being paid for! Good riddance, hope a more legit establishment moves into the...
Read moreThis is my new favorite pizza place, especially over standard fast food options like Papa John’s, Domino’s, and Pizza Hut (all of which I enjoy). Several people recommended Jet’s so I tried it at work, and liked it so much I ordered it again with my wife the same week.
We had the Detroit style deep dish. I compare it to pan pizza, with a thick layer of dough, a light amount of sauce, then cheese and toppings. It’s not Chicago deep dish, like Lou’s or Giordano’s. My wife was hesitant to try it because she doesn’t like bread-heavy pizza, like Pequod’s, but she loved it. The crust was very buttery and flavorful, and the pizza itself is quite filling. We didn’t even add the free butter, garlic, or turbo crust, but we will next time.
Pro tip: for a limited time, order via text message and save 20%!
All in all, I enjoyed the following items: pepperoni and sausage pizza - recommend double pepperoni pizza - recommend - I suspect pepperoni only would be kind of light on toppings triple cheese turbo stix - recommend - good when dipped in either marinara or garlic butter chocolate chip brownie - recommend chocolate chip cookie - kind of overcooked - would not recommend...
Read moreVery disappointed in this Jet’s Pizza. We ordered two pizzas at 12:30am after a wedding. One was a cheese pizza and the other was a gluten free pizza, to accommodate an allergy.
The driver arrived at 2:20am with the cheese pizza, and another pizza that was not gluten free. The driver over and over again insisted that this was our pizza, when we knew it wasn’t (it wasn’t gluten free). We also noticed that there was another person’s receipt attached to the pizza box that she was trying to give us.
We didn’t sign off for the pizzas because we were missing the gluten free one. The driver then asked us to call the store to ask what we should do, instead of calling herself. They cancelled our order completely.
Overall, it was a very confusing and long process in which we didn’t end up with our food. We would have been better walking to McDonald’s or just falling asleep...
