I ordered sushi online and went to pick up my food at the stated time 30min later. When I arrived I found out they didn’t actually put my order in until I told them I was there. At that point she moved my ticket up and relayed my order to the chefs. After another 40min, and watching many other people come in and get their orders, I went back and asked the status of my order. The worker then called out my order to the chefs again like it was the very first time. In all that time they had not worked on my order at all. When I asked why my order was only just being worked on, the chef bluntly shouted at me that they were busy. They were my go to spot for pick up sushi, but after seeing how poorly ran the restaurant is when it is busy and how rudely I was treated I will take my...

Everything was great ! I loved this. Still need to go back and get all the other tools, but so far, it's a fairly good experience.

The downside would be the ginger. Ginger serves an important role in the dishes, and the ginger was warm, and tasted as if it's been out for a while already, or that it's been a while since it was cut.

I decided to ask for more ginger just in case, and in less than a minute, I was given more ginger. I would have expected it to take longer for the amount of ginger they gave me at that time.

Setting that aside, they have indoor and outdoor options. I chose the indoor option. It was calm, and quiet! Relaxing atmosphere I would say. I would recommend this place to other people.

But...

Decent sushi. I came during lunch hour on a weekday and the place was about half full. Nothing extraordinary to report, and especially for the price I don't think I'll be returning. It's a good spot for your sushi fix if you're in the South Loop overall though. I did like that they had 6 veggie rolls but the quality wasn't anything to gush over. I got the avocado, cumcumber and sweet potato tempura. My favorite was the tempure by far. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and sweet. Wish I got her name. One thing to note is that they give you cucumber salad in the begining so that was nice. Good enough to go to if youre craving sushi, not somewhere for...

I had a great experience here. I've never done sushi at a conveyor belt system before and I thought this was a really neat idea. The prices were very fair for you get. I was visiting Chicago by myself on a business trip and this restaurant was the perfect dine alone spot. I was able to enjoy my food at the bar location and eat the items that passed by without overeating. All the items I selected were very good and I was very happy with the food. I would definitely visit again if I come back to this area.
