I will start by saying about the environment. I loved seating on the stools near the window, but at the moment I was there I had a few people just weirdly taking a look at me and my plate. So I would not recommend seating there unless the streets are busy. But the environment is super cozy and not noisy at all, which highly matches the mood for having a ramen.
This was the best ramen I had. I’m not a person that enjoys too much spicy foods and this one didn’t have the strong flavors that come from too many spices and seasonings. It was just just perfect. Well cooked meet, scallions cooked but crunchy, the soy sauce from my ramen was just perfect. Really. It warmed me up on my first day of a huge sore throat and I left there super happy as I was feeling better.
I also had the guioza which was super good, but I would love for it to be a little more cooked. It was kind of raw in some places but it was...

When I placed the order online, I waited 20 minutes to get there so I could pick it up right away. To my surprise, there was no pickup line. I had to ask for it after I waited for a few minutes. That was the first strike. I opened the order and there were no napkins. I've ordered at so many places and this was the first place that does not give out napkins. Thus I...
