I ordered from them off Grubhub and got the grilled garlic Red Snapper, a al pastor burrito, 3 tacos, chips & salsa and horchata. The fish was the main reason I ordered from them was ok but it didn’t taste freshly cooked unless it was just dry & overcooked. The burrito was nothing to rave about either but the tacos....They were the worst. I can say they didn’t taste as bad as they looked but come on. Tacos are too easy to fail; even presentation wise. And coming from an authentic Mexican restaurant you would really expect more especially for their prices.

Both waitresses were really helpful and nice.

The food was a little more than other taqueria's in the neighborhood and not sure if warranted yet but I will say, I enjoyed my visit. I will be making a future assessments to determine! :)

The dinner plate portion, as seen in my pictures, continues the trend of that little serving of rice and smattering of beans. The burrito was a decent size. As for the flavor, the burrito was a little bland (the steak didn't have any char but it definitely seemed fresh). Though a smaller portion of rice, it did leave me wanting more. The bans were good. Let's just put it this way, it gave me an interest to go back and try other options. That's a good thing!

The menu listed fountain option and for the price I was hoping for refills but it turns out, only cans and at a higher price. I opted for water and what I loved is they gave a big cup and decanter with more. Little things like this are nice.

Very nice atmosphere and the ceviche with chips was a really nice change of pace (I appreciated the fish version.

Back to the service. Unlike the previous place that occupied for a short period of time, these guys seem to be ready to serve you. I really appreciated that as a customer that is spending money there. They knew their stuff and it showed.

I wish...

We have had experiences much unlike the other reviewers here. We've been here three times to give this place a fair shot. We haven't been impressed any of those days. The food was rather bland and tasteless (we tried different dishes each time). To be explicit, we've only tried their Mexican dishes, not the seafood (except the shrimp empanadas which were okay). Sometimes the service has been decent, but the last time we were here, we didn't get silverware to eat the food with, even by the time our food had arrived. We had to ask explicitly for our silverware then. Today we had to ask for water. They seemed to be low on ingredients for their food despite not having a lot of visible business. overall, this is the last time we'll be going there. We're looking into our other options for Mexican food in...
