Taqueria San Jose — Restaurant in Chicago

First of all , I went in for a super suizo burrito dinner. The waiter asked what kind of meat and I told him beef. Then he asked you want everything in the burrito and I said yes. Then I told him I want sour cream and avocado in there to. He said ok. Then he asked you want anything to drink. I said a sprite. I get my can of pop 15 minutes later. Then they bring me a burrito on a plate. I'm thinking what's this. Isn't there more with the dinner. So I'm trying to get some service and this waitress comes over. I tell her to please grab a menu and I show her where it says what I want. The same thing I did for the waiter. She looks at me and says that is not a dinner. I said yes that's the point. So she took my plate away. Then 10 minutes later she brought it back to me with the rest of the food to call it a dinner. So then I started eating the food. When I got half way into the burrito I realized there was no sour cream or avocado. So this was it I got fed up with having to wait a long time for my food plus then to have the wrong food delivered to my table. So I called the waitress over again and told her this problem now. She finally called over the waiter who took my order. He said he couldn't write super suizo burrito dinner on the ticket cuz it was to long. So he wrote the most of it he could. Then when I asked him where my avocado was he said he didn't hear me..lol. So with me being a regular there I realized really bad service can mess up enjoying your dinner and it's not worth the hassle of getting mad when they don't have good people working there. Placed my order for 7 steak tacos w/ cheese she told me the my order was $38. I asked to add a horchata to my order and she told me to wait. When she was finally ready to complete my order I had already paid for the tacos so I had to pay for my drink separately. I gave her my card and she asked did I have cash I told her no she asked if I had money in my car and it rubbed me the wrong way I told her my card is my form of payment and she told me that I couldn't have my drink unless I spent an additional total of $10 at this point I was just pissed bc I literally just spent $40 now you're trying to get me to spend more money I told her to keep it and sat down then it dawned on me that I just paid $38 for 7 tacos listed at $3.50 and I wasn't given a receipt. I asked for my receipt and the lady looked at me crazy and repeated my request she gave it to me and I realized that I had been charged double for my toppings and she looked and gave some excuse and gave me my money back. After I left I realized that 5 tacos at $3.50 is 17.50 not 19.98 and 2 tacos at 3.50 is $7 not 8. I honestly feel that they are purposely cheating people and to further explain this feeling my sister was charged $19 the other day for 2 tacos and a drink that should have been around $13 and she was saying something wasn't right but she didn't know because she wasn't given a receipt. All my coworkers said to try San Jose so I did. Worst experience I’ve ever had. My coworkers and I order 6 steak tacos and 5 chicken tacos and 2 cheese fries. I went to pick it up. I was in a hurry since I was on my lunch break so I didn’t verify everything was right. When I got back to work, we opened our food and realized they made 11 chicken taco and gave us regular fries. We called back and complained, but they said we ordered wrong. On the receipt you can clearly see the order was wrong on the business end. The receipt stated 6 chicken tacos and 5 chicken tacos separately and 2 fries. That makes no sense because if I wanted all chicken tacos I would have said 11 chicken tacos. The man on the phone was extremely rude. We requested they deliver the food because of their error and we had an argument about that. My break was over and I can’t go back to exchange the food. When the delivery driver came an hour later with cold tacos. He brought 4 steak tacos, hello we wanted 6 steak tacos. We were willing to return it to show them they’re error.
