PAZZO'S — Restaurant in Chicago

I had lunch with my daughter here yesterday and our service was absolutely horrible. We were seated right away and the waitress was at the table within seconds with menus and taking our drink order. She was back quickly to take our lunch order. Then the hostess stopped by to make sure we were being waited on. And that's where it ended. We waited a long time for our food, which by the way, was brought to our table by the hostess. No one ever came back to the table after that. No one asked how our meal was, if we wanted more drinks, bread, butter, nothing!! We were completely ignored as if we were not even there. All other customers had left by then (it was about 2pm) and it appeared the staff was setting up for a party. After waiting patiently for someone to check on us, we ended up going into the kitchen to ask for left over containers and our check. After waiting again, the bus boy finally brought them out to us. We never did see our waitress until we were getting up to leave. She hustled over to take our money. When I asked her where she'd been/what happened, she said someone else was covering for her.

I've been to this location several times and never had such a bad experience. Unfortunately, the manger never came out to apologize or provide an explanation. I would appreciate hearing back from someone with a good explanation as to what happened. I hope my feedback can be used to make improvements so other customers don't get left behind sitting...

We had our daughter's wedding there past weekend I couldn't tell you how nice this place is the Atrium is where we had her ceremony and later dinner by the waterfall, As far as the beautiful 80 Ft ceilings the architecture of the atrium is perfect for a such a setting! nevertheless The Catering manager Fay Sweeney is Wonderful, Well Sandy, Shylah and I walked in the place met Fay Sweeny and were very impressed with her personal attention we received through out our wedding preparations until the end on the wedding day and she was professional , attentive and courteous for all our needs until the end.

She is wonderful and does a great job of making this place very desirable. I highly recommend her and Pazzo's @311

The food was very good not typical wedding food we did have the best on the menu for our guest and its was impressive! servers were great and the bar was well attended as well. Fay's leadership and management style was impeccably impressive too.

I highly recommend this place ., by far the best experience ever !!! Fay & Staff keep up the good work.

Pazzo’s exceeded expectations in every single way for our wedding. From our initial visit, we felt attended to, and listened to. Carmen was the coordinator we first spoke with, and we felt immediately at ease with her knowledge and expertise. After signing, and having our HUNDREDS of questions answered, we learned that Carmen was retiring. With much hesitation, we met with Rali to ensure nothing was lost in translation and our worries were immediately erased. She GETS it all and never made us feel bad for bombarding her with questions, taking dozens of pictures, or dropping in unannounced to measure things. The food was amazing. The Pazzo’s staff was on top of everything. The space is stellar and incredibly elegant. They allowed us to drop things off 2 days before (including 100’s of cookies), literally assemble the centerpieces 1 day before, and helped our family pickup all our items the day after. From this type A project manager, I could not ask for a better professional to plan our wedding, if I had to do it again, I would trust Rali and the Pazzo’s team...
