Subway — Restaurant in Chicago

This is my second time here. First time was fine. I haven't had any problem. But second time was awful. The person who was working in there looks like just over there. He doesn't even want to work I guess. He was just throwing the cucumber tomatoes etc. If you don't wanna work just don't work. Even if I tell him you should put the tuna flat so I can eat properly. I hate this situation. I wrote to subway customer relations as well. That's sucks.

I visited this Subway location and was very disappointed with the customer service. The girl working there was extremely unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Marabella is always welcoming, extremely nice, and customer service has not yet failed me. There has not been one visit where things were not PERFECT! I hope she receives some kind of acknowledgment for the great service she always provides. And even gave me a free cookie! Going in one way and leaving even better is what it’s all about!!...
