They partner with Chowbus, so if you have an account with them, you can try to redeem any discounts you might have (worth looking into before you arrive so you don't hold up the line while ordering). Our drinks were made quickly, and they arrived in a plastic and aluminum can container (wonder what implications this has on ability to recycle). We didn't really have any interaction with the single employee who was working because everything happened through the shop's tablet. The flavors of our drinks were good, but we had limited ability to control the sweetness of our drinks. Many bubble tea shops have a broad range of sweetness options, but such options were either nonexistent here or incredibly limited (e.g., either 100% sugar or 50% sugar). Went here on 10/15 at 6:02p. The worker here dropped the plastic bag to put the mochi donut in, but still was about to use it until I call her out! If this still happens in front of their customers, who knows what's happening in the back. The worker seemed unhappy when she was called out, then proceed to not let us know our drinks were done for awhile, making us wait without realizing our drinks were sitting there on the side. Very rude and very unsanitary.
