Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Chickasha

We've lived here for over a year and have only visited Braums in total 4 times. The last time was horrible, order is never right. Now tonight when we visited after ordering we pulled up to the first window where there was no employee. We waited for a few minutes then pulled forward to the second window. After the care ahead of us left a man stuck his head out of the first window and threw his hands up like we had done something wrong. He walked down to the 2nd window to tell us the total and take my money. I apologized that we went to the next window but there was no one at the first one. He scoffed at me and snatched my money from my hand almost making me drop it on the ground and left. The older woman went to hand us our ice cream that was supposed to be in cups in cones. I said, sorry these are supposed to be in cups not cones. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window. When she opened it again I asked to speak with a manager. 2021 Well we tried this store again, while the selection is great with good prices, the store needs better employees.

The entire time I was shopping in the Fresh Market, the employee is chatting with someone... I had time to browse, go back to my car because I forgot my wallet, and get back to the store and continue shopping they kept chatting about who hated who and who they liked and what they thought about the person they both hated... If the employee is on break, go chat somewhere else.

Another employee had to come over from behind the ice cream counter to check out the shoppers from the market area.

2020 Well the floors were disgusting, my mom had to clean a table for us, and there was an employee taking a bath in the women's bathroom.

The manager was not surprised that a worker was washing herself with paper towels, shirtless, in the only bathroom sink.

This used to be a great restaurant, it is really going down hill.

My chicken tenders were more like nuggets. The fries were at best warm.

Braums finally remodeled this location. Too bad it's a big "meh". With the exception of the front counter & menu boards everything looks identical. The pink & blue color scheme has been replaced by cream colored everything. It looks like a nursing home. The bathrooms are a marked improvement but everything else... not so much. It's all pretty underwhelming. Fear not because the bad attitudes and subpar customer service remain intact! The revolving door of surly teenagers continues. I learned they only pay the high schoolers $8/hr yet promise them $10 when they turn 18. As if they'll actually last that long. Very shady practice in my opinion. And the managers as always look perpetually unhappy. Whether shouting at staff in front of customers or acting hostile towards customers. I have seen so much unprofessional behavior on behalf of management at this location it'd be funny if it wasn't so sad. A toxic work environment adds to the overall negative experience. Never...
