If you have never been to Roselle's restaurant, make it your next dinner date! By nature, I'm curious and love trying different flavors of food and Roselle's hits the spot‼️ The yuzu sesame salad has delightful new flavors that are different from any I've tasted before. If you like tater tots, you have to try the rice tots! My husband gets the mushroom skewers every time. And if you're looking for a handcrafted cocktail or mocktail, this is the place! After all, it is a bar. So don't come here looking for large portions of comfort food, however, their tomato, Thai basil soup and grilled cheese is amazing. There is plenty to eat and fill up on, but as Scott says it's not restaurant-forward, it's bar-forward. Scott is a great host. He stopped by our table last night to see how everything was. My friend thought her salad was too spicy and he bent over backwards, bringing her two other choices that were not on the menu. All with a smile on his face! Next I want to try their...
Read moreWhen I step into Roselle's I forget I'm in Chico. The decore is a mixture of modern and vintage, with electric and fresh vibes that remind me of bars in the Bay and Portland areas. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to interact with!
All of the drinks I've order have been uniquely delicious and satisfying experiences. They make most of the simple syrups and juices in house and from locally sourced produce! The owner only uses high quality liquor and tries to use regional companies whenever possible.
I've also tried several items on their food menu, all of which I give 5/5 stars! Their fries and sandwiches are some of, if not the best in town!
They get busy so call ahead for reservations! Someimes they have DJs spinning vinyl which is always a fun treat and there is a firepit on the back patio for groups...
Read moreWent to Roselle's last night with two of my friends. The atmosphere is such a fun vibe and I love that this is a 21 and up only lounge as it does make is a more calm setting. The food and drinks came out quickly and was very tasty. My favorite was the steak kebobs and the corn ribs. The corn ribs had the perfect twist of citrus and heat and the steak was cooked to be tender and seasoned nicely. I was honestly surprised to see both of these dishes where under $10, which I think is amazing as food is honestly getting so pricey. The owner Scott was walking around engaging with his guests, which I love to see because you can tell his passion for his business shows in his tasty bites and refreshing cocktails. This is a great new addition to the Meriam part neighborhood and I will...
