I hesitate to leave this review because the manager I've talked to a couple of times when I had an issue treated me with genuine kindness. But there seems to be some kind of disconnect between online ordering and this location. Things may not be in stock but they supposedly cannot adjust orders at the store, so if you order something they don't have, you are out of luck. It took me close to a month to get my money back from customer service the first time it happened. They are always forgetting stuff at the window and the drinks don't taste the same every time, so there is some kind of training issue on making them I guess. I will continue going to this location unless a competitor with a drive thru comes into town. Just wish they'd get it together.
Update: Star rating is down to one now after more bad experiences. The staff truly are inept at this location. I will never go back again. They have no idea how to handle it when problems arise, and it seems most of those problems arise due to online ordering. The new Dunkin Rewards program is a slap in the face but that’s not their fault. Still, the service and products provided are not up to par and the prices keep rising. Read moreI've gone to this location several times, but always leave feeling like I wasted money. They constantly change staff, are very inconsistent with the quality of the product, and the service tends to be subpar. This last time I ordered two iced lattes online. One was a butter pecan, the other was a caramel. I walked in and waited for my drinks. Nobody acknowledged me, no drinks were being made, service was very slow, and the people at the counter had to wait for a while just to get their order taken. On top of all of this, when I arrived there was practically nobody in the drive-thru or inside. I waited about 5-10 minutes for my drinks, then I asked one of the employees about them. Immediately she started making them and two minutes later they were in my hand. The butter pecan was a coffee color with a slight tinge of cream, while the caramel was a cream color with a slight tinge of coffee. I have had many Dunkin' coffees so I knew this was not normal. I let the lady at the front know and she said that was normal. The caramel had too much cream, the butter pecan had too much syrup, overall it was a waste of time and rewards points. I will not...
Read moreI frequent this particular establishment almost monthly during my travels to Central Florida, however, after my last two experiences I will travel further down US 19 to get my fix of a Vanilla Chai Latte (Hot). Not sure if their rendition of this recipe changed due to COVID-19 or something else but it is no longer the same. The website list the description of “...rich, creamy blend of vanilla flavor, spices and steamed milk,” however I received warmed milk with a shot of espresso. I advised that this wasn’t what I asked for and the server informed that this is how they have always made their vanilla chai tea lattes so I must have been ordering a different drink. To keep from going back and forth or making the situation more than what it was I advised that I didn’t want the drink. The server stated that there wasn’t a Manger at the store so she couldn’t give me a refund but she could offer me another drink which I refused as I only drink the Vanilla Chai Latte.
