Your average taco bell is a 3 star experience. They usually get something a little wrong. But it's taco bell. You know what you're getting, and it's fine. I don't bother rating those. This was different. I stopped in on a road trip to try the new cantina chicken burrito with a side potato taco. Nothing fancy or complicated. I should have known something was up when they dropped my credit card on the ground as I handed it over to pay and ran around to dig it out from under my car. But as they handed me my food, I felt two items in the bag, so I drove off. I opened the bag to discover NO SAUCE, even though they'd put in 6 diablo. I shrugged it off as the usual small mistake. As I bit into my burrito in the dark of my car, I was surprised to discover beans. I didn't think the cantina chicken burrito had beans, at least in such quantity, but I pressed on. No. NO. It was a bean burrito. The worst burrito. The saddest burrito. And most importantly - not my burrito. I finished it anyway, then reached into the bag, hoping against hope that it was one of the items I ordered. But no! Another bean burrito! I was too far at this point to turn around, so I tried to finish this second disappointing combination of beans & tortilla with no sauce, but eventually threw it back into the bag in disgust. 0/10 would...
Read moreFood thrown everywhere. Tacos not even fully wrapped. Tea was soured not old but as tho they dont properly clean tea containers or something. Liners disposable or not still requires basic daily cleaning to avoid this particular taste. OH AND WHEN MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT THEY SAID AM I SURE ..IM POSITIVE.. Read moreI ordered a Doritos locos combo. Which is 3 Doritos Loco SUPREME. I get my order get so the way back to the hotel, took a bite... No sour cream or tomatoes. I called the restaurant back and informed her that there was no tomatoes or sour cream. She argued with me, telling me I didn't ask for the tomatoes or sour cream l. I told her I don't have to ask for tomatoes and sour cream it's a supreme locals combo. I told her I worked at Taco Bell for 4 years. She said she's worked there for 8. There is more back and forth but eventually she just told me to come down and get new tacos. I'm thinking cool, so I go down there to get my tacos, bring it back to the hotel, open them up, take a bite......... Loaded with lettuce three or four tomatoes over abundance of sour cream and barely any meat and by barely it barely covered the bottom of the shell. Super petty very immature and disappointing. One customer in a restaurant and still couldn't get my order right and then going to argue about it. I'm glad I don't live in the city and I'm just passing through.
