Ordered a #1 with mayo an a #3? Dbl bacon cheeseburger with mustard a order of fried pickles order was rang up wrong but repeated back correctly by cashier I didn't receive fried pickles nor was it on my receipt both burgers were made wrong #1 had Mayo an ketchup the #3? Had Mayo not mustard Took to counter told mgr lady it was wrong an what we wanted she came back out to confirm how we wanted to make it correct statement that they were made the way they was rang up smh. I explained to her again she was confused asked again I explained again she started to walk off then stop asked again confused look I hate to repeat myself especially 3 times so I just asked for a refund since that wasn't clear enough to get a burger with mustard she then got irritated said it won't go back on your card instantaneously as I was making sure my bank app showed the refund telling me if it don't I would have to call the corporate office for my money back I showed her that it infact did go back instantaneously on my bank app she said you don't have to put your phone in my face I was across the counter no where close to her face facts. This place is full of incompetent employees that can't seam to get anything right as a local business owner here in town I would recommend going to any other place in town before wasting your time an money getting charged for something you don't want. Especially seams how they can't even listen to a simple order... lady was very rude once I asked for refund even the customers before us stated they had problems with their order as well we was blessed with an awesome meal at Arby's...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever have any issue with Sonic in general I mean I may come across one every now and then that forgets my tots or something but they always take care of me if that does happen other then that for them having younger kids working for them I think its great the service is good and with my kids they like to think of things after we have already ordered but I can pull up to the window and say hey can I add on a small drink and no problem they make it happen with as little stress as possible I personally love sonic as well as my family if you are from out of town and have never had Sonic well I suggest dropping everything and heading down and checking the menu out everything is good fresh and you just can't beat the drink not only the options but flavor they are always good! But it isn't a bad idea to take a sip and make sure because the reason I go 4 stars and not 5 is my biggest issue would be getting drinks that are to watered down or sweet tea that just isn't sweet or tastes old but once again it's as simple as pulling back up and letting them know and they will make it right. That is why I love Sonic by far one of my favorite places to get food if we don't have time to cook or I am running late its always good and always...

I had ordered in advance with the app and gave a 20 minute notice with the order. Showed up to get our slushes and drinks. Server brought our drinks and didnāt have straws. After leaving noticed the slush was not a slush and the drink ordered easy ice and it was completely full of ice. On the trip back the kids wanted sonic so we stopped again. Once again ordered on the app and submitted order 45 minutes ahead. Pulled in and checked in to a stall and waited literally 23 mins for our order before finally having to push the button and ask about it. They apologized and said order would be right out which took another 7 mins to get our order. This time got a strawberry shake with bananas but once already on the road after waiting for so long to find it to be a plain vanilla shake with 1 piece of banana in the bottom. The super sonic cheeseburger I ordered with mayo had mustard and no tomato. Will never go back to this...
