The first impression upon walking in, was wow look how orderly the place is. I went into the restroom on the left. Everything is broken, the toilet seat, soap dispenser, toilet paper dispenser and I nearly scalded my hands as soon as I turned the water on. So then I walk over to the deli and look into the area, fairy messy and no one greeted me, so I bought packaged sliced meat and cheese. All the employees I did speak with are nice, polite and professional. The store is overall very organized. But please adjust the temperature in the sinks in the bathrooms so that a child or anyone else does not get burned, and fix the broken items. Even the lottery...

I'm shopping for my mother today at United. evening shift, I had the worst experience I have ever had in there. the young lady that was sacking my groceries smashed my daddy's fried pies. chucked grocery bag at me, told me to sack my own groceries. and i had to Cary my own groceries out .!! there where 6 young people standing together talking on there phones. And to each other. only one young man working the register and there was a line. Responsible older person needs to be on shift so the school age people take there jobs seriously. Their prices are a bit higher than most places but they bag your purchases and take your cart out to the car for you. The store in Childress has a butcher so the cuts of meat are better, as is their produce. They also have a point system, buy so many dollars worth of stuff and get another marked item from the store free. They even have knife sets and stuff you buy one piece at a time with points. Don't expect to get anything though if you can't afford much, points you've earned from one month doesn't roll over...
