Love the flavors. Worst phone ordering experience ever tonight 12-17-21. Called in at 5:43 pm to schedule a delivery for 7:15 pm. Put on hold three times, the young lady taking my order was confused from the start. Did not know how to set a time order. She got a manager who picked up the call had no clue why, then when informed why by me, I was placed back on hold. In total from start till I hung up it was 35 minutes. Order had not been confirmed, nor paid for as I was paying with a card. I called back to only be put on hold for five minutes. Disconnected and called back, it took an additional 10 minutes to complete the order. I scheduled for a 7:10 pick up since I was informed it was too late to place a timed delivery to for 7:15 pm. So 50 minutes just to place the order for pickup. I arrived at 7:10 to pick it up, as scheduled. It was not even made or in the oven yet. Management tried to play it off and blame being short staffed, but there were at least 10 employees behind the counters with 2 managers. I waited an additional 14 minutes for a time scheduled order. They messed up on my thin crust ranch chicken and wouldn't not replace it even when I reminded them it was a thin crust and the girl that took my order said that if it's not thin crust she will fix it but when I got my pizza I said this isn't thin crust, on one side of the crust look thin but on the opposite side was really thick and when I said this isn't thin crust and they told me it's too late and that they already turned the oven off so I took it all home cause I had 4 different pizza 2 extra large and 2 medium we looked at all of the pizza and they were burned and my my New York style had very little anything on it, it's supposed to be all the way to the end of the crust where your fingers hold it and it did not.. I even have the app on my phone they say you get coupons I have had the app little over a year now and NEVER received any... I haven't been back since, which is horrible that the employees do this because me and my family love this place been going for years there but not now... The sauce has tang, the pepperoni has zip, the veggies seem fresh.
I’d love to score higher but they can’t figure out what “well done” means. I’ve tried time and again but I always have to come home and air fry it for another 5-7 minutes.
I don’t get it.

The veggie is hard to get well done because of the water content in the veggies, I get it. It’s the best veggie we’ve had BTW, so don’t change it.
The last veggie we ordered (1/2 pep for me my wife has alfagal) …was still a little soggy, better, but still wet. It still needs a good under carriage “for me” but I know that you can’t please everyone.
Tonight I got a sausage, mushroom, onion and banana pepper well done and it had plenty of char and crisp! Loved...
