My wife and I went to Carl's jr. To try out the new a prime rib hamburger that you guys are making. Of course we were thinking of the advertisement picture you guys always advertise but when we came home the burger was very much a disappointment. Had one thin Patty and a couple slices of prime rib and a little cheese was not worth the price you are charging for it. Now your burgers have been very good in the past. DO NOT ORDER LATE DELIVERY So I ordered late night delivery because I was up working on a project. My order was show as delivered, but nothing ever came. I have no delivery person name, no phone number to call. The store's number is conveniently disconnected - I've been trying for almost a week now to get a refund, no luck. This is insanity to me. The manager who was working here today a t around 2:00am deserves more pay. I apologize to you if the latter is reading this review right now but I have bad memory. I believe his name was Mikey. He went out of his way to do me(a random customer) a favor. Overall seems like a good guy and is very generous with his resources(He would probably even be that one worker who fills your drink to the top).
