They got my order wrong. I ordered 3 items. 2 were correct but one was wrong. It was supposed to be a chipotle chicken ranch burrito but they gave me a breaded chicken taco.
I try to avoid fast food these days for health reasons but once in a while I enjoy junk food and it would be nice to get what I ordered. Unfortunately, mistakes like this are the norm now for any restaurant that is corporate and not high end.
The girl at the drive thru sounded very annoyed and tired. Granted it was 10:45pm but she didn't need to sound annoyed. My advice to the girl and her co worker is if you make mistakes like this often at an easy job and think its not a big deal, thats ok. BUT these habits will inevitably 1000% also happen when they have a more important job that could affect someone's safety or cause loss of money. Just a word of advice to the girl at the drive thru around 10:45pm on a Sunday evening.
Taco Bell, McDonald's, pretty much all fast food, all corporations of all kinds create this mediocrity but half of the accountability is on the employee to have some pride or at least be embarrassed giving shifty service.
I've already cut down tremendously on supporting big businesses/corporations that help create this mediocrity. Read moreThe customer service at the Taco Bells in Chino Hills and Chino is absolutely horrible. Nobody should have to wait for 20 minutes or more to get their FAST FOOD. The Chino store said they were short staffed and that was the reason it took so long but the Chino hills store has no excuse. The first time I went it was ,10,:00 at night i was 1 car back from ordering and from that time forwa it literally took me 36 minutes to get my food. I wanted to leave but there was a car in front and behind me so I was stuck. When I finally pull up to the window the ppl orking in there were laughing and goofing around and they even forgot to give me my drink .I had to ask for it. 2 weeks later I go there again. But go inside to get my food. I saw at least six ppl working there I order just 1 $5 buck box and it took them 20 minutes to get it to me. I don't know if the workers are just not trained properly or are just slow and lazy but which ever reason it is. It NEEDS TO IMPROVE IMMEDIATELY or I will continue to give horrible reviews to these taco Bell. I sure hope management...

Not the first time over the last month I’ve seen this place closed considerably early upon arrival. But this time was especially interesting. 6:51pm and someone turns away 7+ vehicles.
If they’re understaffed, they need to wave the white flag and update their hours. I can be sympathetic to those issues but when it starts resulting in several wasted trips and a quarter hour of waiting right outside just to leave empty handed, I immediately wonder what the GM or owner is doing.
