I recently visited Juice N Bowls, and I must say, it's a nice little juice bar with a fresh and inviting ambiance. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the pleasant aroma of freshly juiced fruits and vegetables – a great start to my experience! The staff at Juice N Bowls were incredibly friendly and attentive. They were more than happy to guide me through their menu, answering any questions I had. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added to the overall positive vibe of the place. Now, let's talk about the juice itself. Oh boy, it was delicious! I opted for their signature blend, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were well-balanced and refreshing, making it the perfect thirst-quencher on a hot day. However, I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed that they didn't offer ginger shots or any other types of shots for that matter. I noticed a sign mentioning a free ginger shot for customers who reviewed them on Yelp, but unfortunately, it seems like they might have stopped offering it. It would have been a nice addition to the menu and a great way to entice customers to leave a review. Despite this small letdown, I still enjoyed my visit to Juice N Bowls. The excellent customer service and tasty juices made it a worthwhile experience. I'll definitely be back for more of their refreshing concoctions, and hopefully, they'll consider adding shots to their menu again in the future. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, friendly, and delicious juice bar, Juice N Bowls is worth a visit!

This is my favorite bowl place! I love the layered options for some of the toppings. I love how affordable it is despite how delicious and popular it is! There is a lot of options for toppings and it is at no additional price. Not to mention that the staff always have a cheerful and inviting demeanor. I love the customer service im provided with each and every time I visit. It’s so good I told all my coworkers about it! It feels good to have a healthy, filling, and affordable treat so close to my job. Makes my lunches 100x better. I would recommend this place if you’re looking to try something new and healthy.

Avoid this place for your health It’s clear from reading other reviews that I’m not the only one who had a bad experience. The staff here clearly doesn’t care at all—they’re unfriendly and seem like they don’t even want to be there. Honestly, if they hate their job that much, they should just quit. To make it worse, the drinks are loaded with way too much sugar. If you’re sensitive to sugary drinks, beware—these are so over-sweetened, it feels unhealthy. Who knows what kind of long-term health issues, like cancer, could come from consuming this much sugar regularly.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Juice and Bowls for months, consistently ordering the same drink—a Meal Replacement Power Smoothie. Every time, it has been served in a large 32 oz cup. However, on two occasions, I was given a much smaller cup instead.

The first time this happened, I asked about it and was told it was a new policy. But when I returned on my next visit—and every visit after—the drink was back in the larger cup. Today (3/13/25, around 3 PM), I ordered two drinks and, once again, received the smaller size. When I questioned it, the employees gave me attitude and claimed it was the new policy. When I pointed out the inconsistency, their response was: “It depends on who’s working.”

That’s not how a policy works. I asked them to remake my drinks in the correct size, which they did, but I left feeling frustrated. I later called the store for clarification and was told the manager’s name is Iris. However, the employee on the phone refused to give me her own name and then told me that drinks are only put in larger cups upon request. That makes no sense—I have never had to request a larger cup before; it was always standard.

So, what is the actual policy? Why isn’t it posted? And why does ordering through the app result in the correct size while ordering in person gets me the smaller one?

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location and never had issues at any other Juice and Bowls. The inconsistency and poor customer service at the Chino store make no sense. I’d love a real explanation because, at this point, I’m reconsidering giving them...

If it wasn’t for the smoothies I enjoy drinking I would never go here. With the exception of a few staff members, the girls they hire are snotty and rude. I am cynical enough to think that they hire from their perspective pretty young girls thinking it will bring in more business but what ends up happening is when you hire that demographic of the population, they end up being spoiled and have never had to actually deal with anything hard in their lives or have had any real responsibilities and therefore don’t know how to handle actually working a real job.

They’re the types that will close shop early, which I have experienced at this location, and be rude at the slightest possible inconvenience. I’m generalizing of course. Not all of them are like this but it’s a problem when you walk into an establishment and you almost don’t even feel welcomed. “Hi welcome in…” translation: “I hate my life right now. Pease leave. Why did you have to walk in and make me have to work. Please go away.”

I have done these types of jobs myself for many years and never once treated anyone like this....
