I wish I could give them a -0000 Worst customer service EVER!!! I went with my two daughters and son whom is leaving to the Marines. Just looking to create a memorable piece of art for our family. One of the girls with long black hair (can't remember her name) came by our table we requested to get a paint color and she asked my son to go get it himself. Everyone else was getting colors refilled as needed. At the end of our reservation another girl came to our table and said if we could wrap it up because they had a reservation at 4 & they had to clean it up (it was 3:30) I asked for 5 more minutes and she agreed. One minute later, the girl with long black hair comes over in a very short rude manner and told us we had to leave now. I told her the other girl had given us 5 minutes. She said to me well you have 1 to leave! I did not want to loose my cool in front of my children and all the other customers with young kids there. As I paid we had to wait about 15 minutes more for them to find change for my bill and still no one was cleaning our table. We felt rush disrespected and humiliated!!! I WILL NOT be going back and I don't recommend this place to anyone!!! Where is the customer service!?!...

We weren’t told that it would take 2 weeks instead of 7 days ahead of time but since we were already there we were fine with waiting. After the 2 weeks passed with no updates I finally called and was told that their oven was broken and it would take about 5 more days. Now another week and a half has passed and they’re saying it’s going to be another 4-5 days. I don’t understand how they don’t let you know unless you call in when they take down your information for a reason. It has been a huge inconvenience because we did have people visiting that have now left the state so we have to mail out the fragile items. They say they don’t give any accommodations on discounts or complimentary sessions which I think is ridiculous to the customers that have paid and not received anything in...
Read moreWe went there with our family on Mother's Day this year and had a pretty good time. The reason for the one star is we never received our product due to their closure due to water damage. I emailed the owner, as she was nice enough to post a message on their door. I got a response that they needed another three weeks, then again another three weeks. It's been very frustrating since Google says the are open and when I arrive they are still shuttered.
