Pokimania — Restaurant in Chino Hills

This review is not based on their food, which is probably the best poki place in the city. My reasoning behind the 3 star review is due to the fact that they do not allow you to dine in. I understand that during Covid, many restaurants and businesses closed off their dining area, and restrooms to the public. However for whatever reason, management still does not allow it. This is the best poke I’ve had so far in Southern California (including what I tried during my trip to Hawaii). Their fish is fresh, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the flavors are amazing. The house poke sauce and spicy mayo are my favorites. If you prefer more flavors, you can add a little eel sauce on top at the end.

The service is always good and the staff are friendly.

The poke is great! I wanted Udon so I ordered both. The udon took a while which made me think it was not made fresh at the restaurant. I have to say I thought I was getting a microwaved packaged udon. If it was made fresh it wouldn’t take as long as it did.
