Crumbl — Restaurant in Chino

My experience today at this location was absolutely terrible. I was having issues with the app where I wasn’t able to check in for my order so I went in person to check in and the girl helping out her name was Anna. She was giving out peoples orders but mine. I had ordered 2 Dubai chocolate and she was giving them out to other people but not taking into account I had came in first than the other people. After 20 mins of waiting I went up to the one of the co workers that had just clocked in and she was super sweet and took care of the situation. Anna took no accountability and just clocked out. Waited 30 min outside the store after checking in because they said they never received an order. Glitch in the system is what they told my partner. Poor customer service. It was such a waste of time to use their system after admitting they had glitches. Yet they never offered my partner a discount and still charged gratuity after having to walk In to pick it up. So basically I was overcharged for poor service and to help them fix glitches in their system. Safe bet: don’t use curbside pick up and save yourself money from automatically being charged for...

I’m not one that likes cookies. I can take them or leave them. But the Crumbl cookie is more than a cookie. It’s like the most delicious dessert ever! Each week is a different 5 cookies. You can see them in the app. You can rate them in your journal and then have it notify you when that cookie you liked comes around again. Very amazing. The cookies are each $4.99 but they are big and rich. I can only eat a quarter of it at a time. A friend introduced me to them and I have been sold ever since. You have to try it at least ones.
