Zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE, nor the two Brendas or Albert from this store. When something goes wrong like say with the delivery I waited a week for, the delivery people will lie and tell you the refrigerator you ordered wont fit through your home access doors without ever pulling the fridge off the truck. Probably because it's Saturday and they had personal stuff they wanted to do. So then when you physically go measure the model yourself on the showroom floor, and match it up to your door proving to Best Buy their deliver guys/company are WRONG, the sales associates will tell you "their hands are tied" to get the delivery to come back and do nothing to correct their mistakes. All in the meantime you are loosing over 300$ worth of food. Not to mention wasting an entire day and 4 peoples time, who came to help. But will do nothing to correct or fix their lazy employees mistake. Not even a next day delivery. Nope. Nothing. No loss compensation for the food. No scramble to expedite our delivery to come back. Not even a phone call to try and make something happen. Oh and the manager insinuating this is our fault because "we told them not to remove the door handles", which is a blatant lie because we not only suggested that they remove the door handles as a solution which would have made the fridge fit just fine but also offered to remove our front door. Not only is this bad customer service on a normal day but seriously INSULTING when the manager is making this statement in an insinuating way that we might be lieing. So I say to the Manager, "why would I tell them to not remove the handles to get my fridge inside, and have it hauled away as a result, when I am standing here because I want this refrigerator to be delivered today BECAUSE I AM LOOSING TIME MONEY AND FOOD AS WE SPEAK FAVE TO FACE and I am asking you to make that truck come back. Are you implying I am lying?" The Manager says, "I am just telling you what the notes say". This was totally unneccesary to even say in the first place because its clear the delivery people lied by what was happening and the fact that before the delivery even left my house we were on the phone with Best Buy. Not only is this the most ignorant thing I have ever heard someome suggest but the absolute worst thing the Manager could have said in a heated moment and worst Customer Service and Customer Relations EVER. WORST expierence EVER. This is my third major appliance purchase this year from Best Buy. I always buy at the Eastvale store. The one appliance I buy from this Chino store, went HORRIBLY wrong at the fault of the delivery people, Best Buy's sales person BRENDA. The the icing on the cake is the Manager Albert who had the audacity after everything we went through to tell me his hands were tied. Sorry 'bout it attitude is what we paid over 2 grand and over 300 dollars in food for. WORST Customer Service I have EVER expiereneced. Not only will I NEVER EVER EVER buy another appliance from this store, but due to the third party deliveries that Best Buy chooses to utilize and will not take responsibility for when bad things happen with said deliveries or delivery Company XO LOGITISTICS, I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. Read moreI have yet to have a bad experience here but yesterday was top of the line when it came to overall service. Junior in the TV department is one heck of an employee. I came in because I needed a laptop since mine is basically done and I've been wanting a soundbar and although computer appointments weren't available i expressed interest in working with a team member who would be able to help me with both. I already knew what I wanted, I just needed help deciding which version of the product to go with. after confirming my appointment I was assigned to junior, and he helped me by demoing all the sound bars and with no shame by turning them all the way up to ensure that I was picking the one with the best sound for me, I got a great deal on a Sony that was on sale. I also expressed to him that even though the sound bar was a bonus I really needed help with the laptop especially because I'm finishing my final course for my second grad degree and am currently consulting multiple businesses so after having invested in a 5tb hard drive I realize I also needed an upgrade and equipment. I was stuck between two different models of the Microsoft Surface line and ended up going with the one I knew I wanted but was having trouble just going for it, I was also able to customize the laptop and I chose a keyboard with a fingerprint reader and I was able to choose the slim pen versus the regular pen and I was able to get a dock as well which would include an HDMI connection which was really important to me for presentations as my current laptop has that feature and I would be losing it migrating to the new laptop. I also mentioned that I was looking for printers but I still needed to research them more because I didn't really know much about it but that I wasn't planning on doing too much printing more of scanning and emailing and he seemed to be very knowledgeable and printers as well as he was in computers and sound bars so I ended up going with a pretty moderate priced printer for at home use but nothing over the top but what's great is that I didn't think about the ink and researching it after having already purchased the printer I found that the ink is reasonably priced as well even for the color pink so I'm definitely happy with that investment. Overall junior took the time to work with me and listen to my needs and what I was debating on and what type of equipment I already had and he got me everything I needed and wasn't pushy at all in fact he kind of kept me from overspending but I did walk out with a couple Grand worth of merchandise and for the first time I don't have any buyers remorse because I know that not only I needed these things but that I got a team member that made me feel really comfortable about this big purchase and I don't regret the sale and I look forward to picking up my laptop and keyboard and printer on Saturday and hopefully stopping by and saying hello to Junior and thanking him one more time for his service. Read moreOmg so I wanted to post this because I felt like I was taken car of and for once during this pandemic got beyond awesome customer service and day by day updates.ps...I’ll try not to write a novel lol So I naught the new gaming laptop in March the new ACER Nitro 5 the fully loaded model not base..Anyways since were all remote now I figured I’d buy the top of line gaming even though I’ve never payed a game on it it was strong and fast and intel core was quick 5 months into it when our presidents are battling over votes and investigation and pandemic benefits being at stake all the feelings and tensions were high...I closed a deal using the laptop “paid in full deal” was excited showing off on Snapchat and the laptop slowly started to malfunction keys slowly started not working then the screen went blank...my world ended.I lost receipt and hadn’t naught a big purchase from Best Buy before well not only do they have all records unlike if this was frys or Walmart and I lost receipt I’d be screwed,well not only did they do all the warranty leg work but they took the computer told me play by play how long it would take my options in event if they can’t fix it etc I didn’t have to mail it to them or go through this whole mess of calling acer or anything Best Buy did it all and assured me my info on laptop everything will be there and that they will fix this being it was only 5 months old they took care of me as if I was about to buy a new computer.they were honest and upfront no games or weasels trying to have me buy new one or anything.needless to say we drive 40 miles to come to the chino hills Best Buy just for the customer service and attention and care.we need to help each other and slow down and listen and understand and care for one another.anyways in the most of all this darkness and uncertainty and scared,everything got fixed and they gave me hope so yeah thanks Best Buy you guys are in my heart that computer was the life line to being able to provide for mine and you guys made it possible.I’ll be in next week to get about 600 in stuff headset mouse other things so see you...
