Hula Tang Shave Ice — Restaurant in Chino

I recently visited Hulu Tang for some refreshing shaved ice, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Samantha! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. She took the time to explain the different flavors and even suggested a few unique combinations that I wouldn't have thought to try.

Samantha's enthusiasm for the product is contagious. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she prepares each order with care and attention to detail. The shaved ice itself was amazing perfectly fluffy and topped with vibrant, flavorful syrups that were not too sweet.

Not only did Samantha provide excellent service, but she also made the whole experience fun! She engaged with customers, sharing recommendations and even a few tips on how to enjoy the shaved ice to the fullest. If you're in the area, definitely stop by Hulu Tang and ask for Samantha. Do yourself a favor & go to Hula Girls Shave Ice in Huntington Beach. Hula Tang Shave Ice fails miserably in comparison. The flavors taste too artificial & not like what it claims to be. I got the guava & it tasted like slightly fruity sugar water, no taste of guava to it. I added Dole Whip & all they add is a small amount on top. My wife jokes I'm a snob about some things, but even our kids said it was very good. Hula Girls makes their own syrups & if you add Dole Whip (for the same price as Hula Tang) they add it to the top & more on the bottom. Their flavors actually taste like what it's supposed to. The ambience from all of the awesome artwork from various tiki artists makes it a much more pleasurable visit. It might be about a 45 minute drive from our house compared to the 15 to Hula Tang, but it's worth it for a MUCH better quality product &...

I needed to give this rating to Hula Tang Shave Ice today because I bought three shaved ice today. As I was waiting to be served, a homeless looking young lady came into the store, and she immediately walked to the back. I was surprised to see that she actually was employed there. Anyway, she immediately began taking orders at the cash register, and she was handling money. Then, she realized that she didnt have any gloves on, so she went and put some on She NEVER did wash her hands. She went back to the register handling money again.
