To this day, they have never gotten a single order correct. Also, the manager by the name of Oscar have been caught lying to avoid him or the staff under him from getting in trouble for screwing up orders, and refusing to send out correct orders after sending the wrong items. I waited for my order to arrive last Thursday, and it never even showed up. They only credited me the pizza that I ordered which I just received tonight. And guess what?... Wrong order again. They just can;t seem to do anything right. SO so far here have been the issues:
Steve refused to send me my order after telling me they were to busy to correct it. Oscar is a lied about the fact fact somebody by the name of Steve worked there, and when confronted about it, refused to answer. After contacting corporate and they sent a message to the franchise owner, I never heard from them. After again having to contact corporate they had to give my a 10 dollar coupon but the franchise refused to be the ones to correct the matter. After being contacted by Sonia (another manager), he was suppose to call me back but never did. After making an order using the coupon the food I received was great, but again the wrong order. When I contacted them about the matter Sonia promised to send the correct order, and w=after waiting all night, they never came. After ordering the pizza which they credited to me (Since it was already paid for) they again sent the wrong pizza. When calling them just now to explain this issues, OSCAR THE MANAGER IS THE ONLY ONE I CAN SPEAK TO!!!!! To this day i have still never been contacted by the franchise owner.

Read moreI have ordered from this location many times. In the past it has always been about 4 stars. Recently thay changed. The last 2 times my orders have been horrible. First the wrong pizza had been delivered. Ordered pepperoni and pineapple but got ham and pineapple. Called and spoke with a female who told us to bring the pizza back and they would give me a new one. When I reminded her it was a delivery she said that was all she was able to do or call back when the manager was available the next day. I explained that I paid for delivery because my car was in the shop and there was no way to take it back and asked if the driver could bring another and we'llgive him this one. She again said there was nothing she can do at the time and for us to call the next day. She was polite about the issue and the kids got hungry so we are it. We decided to eat the pizza. Now as for the issue from the 08/31/2020 approx 9:30pm. We ordered a thin crust 3 toppings pizza (pepperoni, green peppers and pineapple). My son picked up the pizza. When he arrived home we opened the box and piece of what looks like a glove was on the pizza. We called the store and was placed on hold for a few min before a young man answered. I explained the issue. He said the only way they would replace the pizza is if we don't eat any of it. I let him know there was no way I would feed my children that pizza. Read moreProbably the first time I've ever 1 starred a Domino's. This is my favorite pizza place ever so incredibly disappointing to have to 1 star. I asked the employee (Tommy) if I could get garlic butter added to my pizza he said we don't do that only to the crust, I rephrased so I could get the garlic butter on the pizza itself not just the crust. He again said they don't do that. I tried to explain that I've had it done every other time on each other pizza I've had here at this location and every other time at every other location. He said they don't do that. Again I asked if he would and he said no. There is no option to offer garlic butter online otherwise I'd request it there.
