I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this McDonald’s location. We specifically drove here not only to order food for ourselves but also with the expectation of getting a simple pup cup for our dog. This is a small, inexpensive request that many other fast-food chains and even McDonald’s locations have been known to honor, yet the staff here flatly refused. What made the experience worse was not just the denial, but the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the employees.
When I politely asked about a pup cup, the response was abrupt and dismissive, with no attempt to explain or offer any kind of alternative. The tone and body language from the staff communicated zero respect or customer service. It is baffling that such a minor request, something that costs the restaurant virtually nothing, would be met with such indifference and rudeness. A simple smile or polite explanation would have gone a long way, but instead, I felt brushed off and unwelcome.
We made a special trip here, driving out of our way, and left feeling not only unsatisfied but also insulted by the attitude of the staff. Customer service is not just about serving food quickly; it is about showing basic respect and acknowledging the value of your customers’ time and loyalty. If a store chooses not to provide a pup cup, that is their decision, but there is no excuse for treating customers poorly or acting as if their request is a burden.
I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly caution others to avoid it as well. McDonald’s should be consistent in its service, and management here needs to address the unacceptable behavior of its employees...
Read moreThis place needs better control of making their orders correctly. Went to the drive thru and ordered 4 items. Got home and 2 items were missing. I gave them a call and was told to come back and they will give me the 2 items that were missing. When I get there the cashier gives me attitude and told me they’re only going to replace 1 item. I told her why if I payed for all 4. I said let me talk to the manager and all she said was “you can talk to her when she comes:” all these females have foochie faces I swear. All stuck up and rolling eyes for what. Not my fault all you guys messed up the order or are unhappy and then when someone confronts you about it they act all childish. I’ve worked in fast food before so I know how it can be. But to have no type of proper communication and behavior with your customers is unacceptable. Infact, I found it insulting how manager and some employee were treating customer. They very rudely refused to hand me my food saying I had not parked in a proper place. I understood and decided to go to drive through even though there were 5 cars infront of me. After waiting a long time, when I reached window, cashier asked what the name was on the food. At the mean time another employee approached me through window very rudely told me I was not allowed to go through drive through.did not state why? If I did so next time they will not give me a food. When another employee, came back with my order, I told him how I find that very rude to tell me not to come through drive through without any reason. I expected an apology but they both started laughing and slammed the door on me
