I had the most terrible experience on July 27, 2022. I feel like the manager there with the short reddish orange haircut is racist and discriminated against me when I was getting my food through the drive- thru. First off, I kept being rushed when there wasn’t even anybody behind me nor anybody in the line. When I asked for sauce for my two meals, the manager kept trying to charge me despite the fact that a customer could get one sauce for free for each meal. Then I realized she messed up my drinks when i tried them because I order a lemonade and an arnold palmer. She gave me two unsweetened teas, and when I tried telling her about it she gaslighted me & said she didn’t mess up. After a long minute of me telling her she messed up my drinks, she continued to give me the wrong drink until the third time and every time she handed me my stuff she would throw it to me. I did not know this lady at all but the way I was being treated I felt like this was racially motivated due to the fact i’m a brown skin Mexican woman. I was on my lunch break while this happened so I couldn’t have stayed any longer and get a refund. If I had the time I would’ve. When I called corporate, they said they’ll handle the situation and email me. Today is September 6, 2022 and I have yet not received any type compensation. When I called corporate again, the man told me that they have already contacted me and that I said I wasn’t happy with what they offered to compensate me with. Corporate also notified me that the situation was dealt with locally instead of at the corporate level. I feel like the location I went to did this to protect the manager. Which leads me to conclude that my business as a customer isn't valued here. I feel so angry because I was lied to and have to take time out of my day to follow up on something that should've already been handled. Read moreThis place can be hit or miss....but mostly miss. They are understaffed, wait times are to long for food. Had incident last time I was at this location that was ignored by both management at location and the company at large after I did survey... I was in drive thru, decent line, so I know I have to wait. That's fine, because 10min or so, I'm finally up to window, pay, handed my food, and as courtesy, pulledcaway from window to let next customer up, and then checked bag to discover my desserts were missing. I parked, went inside and there was a large line inside waiting to order, with no employees taking orders. I asked if I could be helped since I was just in drive thru, and was told to wait patiently in line by the manager (I'm guessing) of the store... So, I waited in line, for an additional 15minutes, until I finally got to the register (most of the wait time being no employees helping the inside customers) to be helped by the same employee who was doing drive thru when I initially got my food (now close to 20min ago). I asked her for my missing desserts, so she went into a freezer and was gone for close to 5min. She came back handed me my missing deserts, then asked for the next customer, no apology or anything. Due to the amount of time already wasted (half hour or so AFTER getting my food) and the long line of customers behind me, I refrained from asking to speak to the manager then. I regret this decision, since the following happened. I tried calling later to speak to manager, but was hung up on once I stated I had an issue, then the phone was no longer answered when I called back. Like I mentioned before, the company ignored the survey I sent about this incident as well. By the time I got home, my food was getting cold... Read moreUpdate: 11/21/22, again, the ONLY Popeyes i ever have a major problem with. They dont ever let you pick up through drive thru when you order ahead of time even though thats what you choose. I ask why they even give me that opition when i cant get my food through drive thru, manager said, i dont know. Seems like yall dont know a lot. I can order something that's already cooked and you still have me parked and come in like yall always do. Excuses change everytime with everyone. And then said they will cancel the orders for the ones that can't come onside to pick up their order. Wow. I feel sorry for those with a disability. I have to find me another location.
This Popeyes is a fail. Showed up almost 2 hours before closing and they decided they were going to stop cooking so whatever they had is what you was going to get and that's it. Then I just left there after church to grab something quick to eat and it took them over 30 mins to bring my food out. All I order was a 3 chicken strip combo. I was watching all these big orders leave out so fast but they couldn't fix my little meal. On top of that, I didn't get what I asked for. I wanted original, but they gave me spicy, plus dude said they were going to put my ranch in the bag. When I finally got my food, it wasn't a ranch in sight. I had to ask for him to please bring me some. They just gave me what they wanted me to have and not what I ordered like last time. What's the point of even ordering what you want at this location?
