WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Chino

I like this place. Its usually on point with the quality of their food and very tasty. Service is good. I hope that the Waba Grill in the City of Industry has improved since my last horrible experience at that particular location where the girl @ the drive-thru window was rude right off the bat from taking my order-she was rushing me to hurry and the finale of the experience was her arguing with me and intervening into my complaint to the so-called "acting mgr" at the time because the real mgr was on break...what a joke and total unprofessional-ism at its best..Just beware of that location. I come to this particular waba grille location often. Today whilst eating my food, I witnessed the greatest amount of patience and restraint. The customer ordered a bowl and questioned the price. She obviously thought the cashier made a mistake (note that every single worker here is very very mexican) I could hear the customer talking down to the employee and speaking slowly as if the employee didnt understand English. The waba employee patiently explained to this lady how she could have made that mistake. As racist as this lady was, the situation was handled properly and it evidently showed why I like coming to this particular...

Even though some clients aren’t as polite or responsive back to these ladies, my goodness they are great

Sat and had my meal and everyone who walked in was greeted and treated genuinely thanks ladies

This was a great meal and experience I appreciate it
