I have been to this particular location twice after speaking with customer service on the phone. The first to exchange equipment, and second trip to return another equipment and add service. Now if you've seen the other negative reviews prior to this, they are true, my review will validate previous customer disappointments (hopefully yours too, if you are reading this while waiting for you number to be called). I don't do this to spite the business, just to warn other customers what you are up against coming in here, because you don't have a choice. After this review, I'll more likely receive a response from the manager, but that band-aid won't do anything right anyway, just save face for them that "they will look into the matter." Short of saying we did something, which they don't. What's a few negative peasant review going to do? The wait is atrocious and horrible, as in 2 hours of wasted time. The whole 2 hours, most of the trancastion was done for most customers lasted only 15 minutes. However, they blame their system and other variables for the delays. Here are the excuses I overheard "we can't do things on our end, my system won't allow it" and "let call my manager" and the best one yet "our system is slow." I thought "your company boasts having giga-speed?" First exprience, I listed my name on the board. Some person comes in after me, and gets attended. Nope, they were not in the cue for online cue either. The response of the staff "sorry, I called you, but no response." Better customer service to admit mistakes, grow some and admit, customers can be forgiving. I am right in front of you watching how this played out, not watching TV or on my phone, watching you staff like a hawk! You did not call me bud. By the way, I'm not a rude customer. As if I did not learn my lesson, the second experience, returning equipment and adding service. 17 customers, and 2 staff, one went on break, then left the store after. One staff for 2 hours running the show while people wait patiently. There were 3 other staff in the breakroom not counting the one who left. The company has grown big, and good customer service non-existent when they get you to sign in for their product subscription. The amount of complaints too small to bother, absolute waste of time for their company. So, make sure you pack a lot of patience or try to avoid going in here, to spare you the misery or save you the disappointment. This review is lengthy, for your reading enjoyment and shared experience, while waiting for your turn. Negative if not zero if the...
Ā Ā Ā Read more#spectrum This is a nightmare that you must read about. Do not do business with spectrum mobile!
I decided to trade in my iPhone for a new Galaxy Z fold. I called spectrum and asked how much trade in allowance I would recieve. The representative ignored me and told me that it is best to keep the iPhone . This was verified when Spectrum personnel listened to the original sales call.
I went to the Spectrum store to activate my new phone and was told that I was supposed to get a $ 1,277 rebate.
I called customer service who told me that the only way to receive the rebate was to cancel the transaction and send their device back to them.
I returned the Galaxy and went to the Spectrum store to get a new phone this time rebate included.
They told me that I needed to make a down payment once again. Another $232 ! ļæ¼They told me , ādonāt worry because within 30 days itāll come back to you because you ļæ¼already paid it.ā
ļæ¼ Today I received my new Zfold. . As soon as I signed for it ļæ¼ an $852 charge was deducted from my PayPal account. ļæ¼When I asked why ļæ¼ they told me that the phone That I sent back was damaged. It was a brand new phone!! No damage ā! It was a clean unused Handset but The box had been opened

Ā Ā Ā Read moreDue to all the bad reviews, I went to check this store out for myself. This was an once in a lifetime experience. It's truly amazing to see a corporation copying the DMV. We all love the DMV, right? They have a sign-in like getting a ticket at the DMV. Then they have a couple of giant TVs that shows your place in line like the DMV. It's like a we don't give a F vibe like the DMV. I like customer services so I prefer something like T-Mobile where you are greeted by a person that triage your needs. Sometimes I wait longer at T-Mobile due to waiting for more experienced sales person or sometimes right away because I just need to make a quick change or pickup a free swag. Here at Spectrum, I had to wait 30minute to talk to someone...
