Today is 9/12/2025 and it is 6:39pm and me and my Husband just came from the KFC in Chipley and actually ended up not even eating there. Firstly the lobby was closed. On the door it had written in poorly with marker that the lobby would close at 7pm. And as you can see from the time I am writing this they didn't even stick to that. So then we get back in our vehicle to attempt just getting food through the drive thru. Only then we see that they only have sweet tea and lemonade as drinks. Again we press on. So then we tried to order the new Game Day Fan Favorites box with the wings and nuggets. Firstly for the customer service rep to act like she had no idea what we were talking about even though there is advertisements literally all over the building marketing this product. Then she finally just said OK the nuggets one, rude and honestly cut my husband off as he tried to explain. And then in the next breath tells us that it will take at least 20 minutes for the wings to be done. This is supposed to be a fast food establishment and honestly if we had been able to eat inside we probably wouldn't even had thought twice about it but to ask us to sit in the vehicle for 20 minutes while in a car line was just ridiculous. Read moreAbsolutely terrible. We came through and had been on the road for nearly 14 hours. I waited and thought it was my turn. I began my order and noticed the lady wasn't taking down my order. I apologized and said, "We're you ready? I'm sorry, I'm partially deaf and I may have misheard you." The lady at the counter was immediately rude and snapped that she was taking our order. I asked what sides came with our meal and she said just mash potatoes so I ordered extra biscuits just to find out they came with biscuits. We ordered 2, 5 piece tenders so we could share with our 2 year old. They only gave us 4 each, my husband went up to correct it with receipt in hand and she laughed and said she could of sworn she rang us up for 4 pieces. She gave him 1 extra one and told him she owed him one. I think they didn't have them ready and instead of telling us there was a wait, and we would of happily waited for fresh ones considering we had just drove from Joplin MO, they just gave us 4. My sister's were also with us. They had ordered 2 of the bowl dinners and was supposed to have a cookie each with it. They legit, put one cookie in the package and then an EMPTY package one. Needless to say, we never got the other tender, and my sister after seeing how difficult it was to try and have them fix our mistake, never bothered asking about her cookie. we ate quickly and left fast. Read moreOn October 15th my sister and I came in to order a to go order for the buffet as we were getting our food we looked for signs that told us what we could get or how many pieces of chicken we were aloud to get and there was no signs around so we had a few pieces of chicken in our box (we had 2 boxes) 3 pieces for her 3 for me as we were placing our chicken in our boxes an employee came over and YELLED "HEY YOU CANT HAVE THAT MANY PIECES OF CHICKEN BACK IT UP " she went and got the manager and he came over we told him what accured and he apologized but did not even have her apologize for her being so rude and yelling at us while other customers watched. My sister then asked the same woman what was the limit on the items on the buffet for the to.go orders and the employee once again rudely said "you better stop before you get yourself in trouble" so I went and asked for the manager again and he still did nothing about the issue . We have contacted corporate and we are on a priority list but lol no one has contacted us back . Watch out for RENEE that fills the buffet bar at the chipley kfc she will verbally attack you . We will never go there again . And we will continue to contact corporate until this matter...
