I'm going to start this review off with how much our bill is a month...$433.00 we have been with is company for YEARS out of stupidity and some kind of twisted loyalty. So, bills have been tight since we recently moved here from Louisiana and our bill got looked over/forgotten to pay and we have my mother living with us that's 72 years old. My husband and I work in panama and don't get off until after 5p.m. gets us home at 6p.m. or later and realized our phones have been shut off due to non-payment, understandable. My mom called from a random persons phone number stating she's lost out on hwy 79 somewhere and needs help. Our phones were only working when someone else called, couldn't make outbound calls. Tried everything on the verizon apps to pay the bill but for some reason, it wouldn't take it because the zip codes in my card were different than the account and after calling countless times to verizon, Noone answering we went down to the store here in Chipley. There was a family in there of like 5 getting attended too so my husband and I sat down at the table waiting to be helped for appox 10 min. The woman working there (older black lady) got finished with the family, looked at us and said we are closed, sorry the door was left open but the children were going in and out......ok, so, I asked her if she could please just help us pay the bill really quick because my mom is lost and I have no way to call or track her? She said no. We are closed we need to leave because her boss got on to her about overtime. I said it's just a quick transaction, please my mother is lost. Once again she said, no. We need to leave. I asked her for her bosses phone number and she said no. I asked her for her name, she said no, that's none of my business. Needless to say, I was PISSED!! She then, yelled at us saying to leave or she's calling the cops!?? Seriously!?!? We ended up leaving and had to go drive for hours to try and find my mom. SCREW VERIZON!! She explained every option clearly, making sure we understood the best plans and features for our situation without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. When it came to transferring data, setting up accounts, and customizing our new phones, she was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Mindy double-checked that everything was working correctly before we left and even walked us through tips and tricks to get the most out of our devices.
What stood out most was her professionalism combined with genuine kindnessâshe truly cared about making sure we were comfortable and confident with our new phones before heading out the door. Itâs rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way she did.

Immediately I am greeted by what could be considered "Customer Care Angels"! Ms. Mindy and Robyn slowly but patiently worked with me and answered all my questions....but with explanations to go with them. A first for me. When all was said and done I did not get what I was hoping for (some of my money back). However, as I left I could not help but feel victorious in the sense that I watched 2 strangers go to bat for me in every way possible. I wish these outstanding employees worked for me. Again..
