I’ve been here once before and had a terrible experience. Customer service was awful. Figured I would give them another try since I needed a coil before the holiday. I got to the door a few minutes before they closed at 6. They locked the door as I walked up to it, customers inside and they refused to open the door and let me in. I was hoping my first experience would just have been a fluke but apparently that’s just how they treat their customers. Once again customer service sucks and I won’t be back. I will tell everyone I know not to go here. I hope everyone who reads this does the same. The vape shop down the road from this one “jays lil smoke shop” is so much better and the people there are so much nicer. I will take my business there. Horrible prices, horrible customer service, people working here want to play with there own mods more than help the customer, when you say something about a price the employee has smart remark. I can drive to Panama city, or go to Pensacola and pay 25 ,30 bucks for a 120 ml bottle of premium juice and the in house juice here is 60 bucks; rediculous, anyone that has vaped for a long time knows what it costs to make juice (especially mix and go juice, nothing already prepared) and it's not even a tenth of the price their asking for all their bottles. 1000% mark up? It's apparent this place is a last resort shop. I think I'll stick to ordering or buying my juice...

I was driving home from Tallahassee after an oncologist appointment. I was having a very tired and difficult morning and sadly noticed my ecig was empty and I still had over an hour left in my drive. With the stress I knew I had to find somewhere and quick. I called this shop to ask for directions and confirm they were open. Not only did they give me directions but their hours of operation too.
