I have never had a good experience at this particular Braums but it seems every couple months or so I am in a hurry and so despite my previous encounters decide to give it another chance. I was let down yet again. Last time I pulled into the drive thru and was ignored. I pulled to the window and although an employee saw me he chose to ignore me. I pulled to the second window. I'm sure you can figure out what happened. I went inside to ask if the drive thru was open. I was told it was. I explained my experience. Turns out there was a miscommunication. Someone finally dawned the head set. I was ignored further. This time, I went through the drive thru. It was open. I ordered a shake. It's a good thing I'm not allergic to anything because in one drink I managed to get a piece of strawberry, a piece of candy, a peanut and I spit the rest out for fear of what else I'd find. I know most places give a warning that states this product is made where allergens are present but finding chunks in my shake... Do they not rinse their utensils?? Read moreI've eaten here several times without issues until today. I always grab the same thing, double cheese burger. This morning I came in earlier than usual and was told I cannot order a burger until 1030. I asked if i could get a burrito without pork, I do not eat pork, at all! The guy at register tells me that the burritos did not have pork in them so I proceeded with my order. Food came out and I unwrapped my burrito to find sausage. I went to the register and asked the guy that took my order if the sausage was beef or pork and he says pork, I then reminded him that I stated I didnt want pork and he said he thought pork was ham. I asked if I could get a cheese and egg burrito instead, he said yes. I waited long enough to drink an entire cup of coffee and still didnt have a burrito. Read moreDear Braums, Please, Please, Make it a rule that employees DO NOT tap into a brewing coffee thermos until the water stops flowing through grounds. Braums has an excellent brand of coffee. However the employees ruin it by drawing a cup from thermos before brewing is finished. They then serve that horrible super strong coffee to a customer. All remaining customers taking from the same thermos will get weak tasteless coffee. The manager at the time I was there did not understand this. He stated "the coffee taste the same throughout the brewing process." The 1st 10 minutes of brewing deliver 80% of coffee taste. (super strong) the last 10 minutes deliver weak coffee that dilutes the strong and makes the perfect flavor.
