Which Wich — Restaurant in Christiansburg

Used to be a good place to eat now after the newness has worn off it is always disappointing. I guess they hired the wrong staff. Every time I’ve gone here I’ve ordered the Turkeywitch. On their website it states that it has 1000 island dressing and coleslaw. The last 4 times I’ve ordered a turkeywitch I’ve gotten just a regular turkey sub. Finally decided to give them one last shot. Ordered a black bean sub and a turkeywitch sub. Still no 1000 island or coleslaw. Decided to call and the girl that answered the phone had no clue how the sandwiches were made. I asked if the turkeywitch came with 1000 island and coleslaw. She replied with “no”. I then asked why their website says different. She had to ask her manager which then said yes it comes with 1000 island and coleslaw. I told her this has been happening a lot lately. She replied with “I’ll let my manager know and hung up”. Awesome job at your customer service and education. Hire people that know what they are doing. DO NOT EAT HERE! LET THEM...

SO MANY VEGAN OPTIONS. Before this location opened up, I had never been to one of these restaurants before. After trying this out I know I'm going to become a regular customer. With very few (decent) vegan options in the area, this has become an instant favorite. I ordered the avocado sandwich and my partner ordered the black bean burger sandwich. We both had lettuce instead of bread and we were amazed by all of the vegan toppings that were offered! These sandwiches are bursting with flavor and you will definitely get your money's worth. Also, I can't leave out how friendly the staff is! We had the pleasure of meeting Chance at the register. Our friendly conversation made the experience even better! The ladies who were at the pickup area even gave us a bowl and utensils because they said the lettuce bun might get a little messy sometimes. They were very busy a few weeks ago and the cashier was friendly, that's the only reason I give two stars and it takes alot for me to not give 5 stars.

No wich sauce, they gave me the wrong size sub, so I had to go and ask for the right size.. The philly sub I got was the worst I've ever had, just bland with nothing to show inside! The fries were not cooked right nor seasoned and there wasn't any tea at all.
