The drive thru service here is not good and very annoying. I had a woman named Sandra taking my order and it took a long time to complete my order. First she sounded confused when I tried ordering a double quarter pounder king burger, like she didn't know what it was. Then before I could add more items to my order she started talking to the other employees in Spanish over the intercom. I had to listen to that for what felt like 2 minutes before I could talk again. After that I ordered the 2 for $6 mix and match whopper and chicken sandwich with the fries and drink. I had to repeat my order at least 5 times. I ended up having to raise my voice and practically yell into the intercom for her to get my order right. Finally all my items were on the order screen and I pulled forward. When I got to the window I asked her if I could use a coupon I had and she sharply said No, with no explanation as to why I couldn't use it. When I asked why she seemed annoyed with me and trying to rush me to pay, like I was the one making trouble for her. The entire ordeal probably took more 10 minutes, way more than it should have for a drive thru order. Over all this whole experience left me feeling annoyed and like it was a huge waste of time over burgers that weren't even with the trouble. Read moreI had placed a order @ 9pm (12/17/2019) and after waiting more than twenty minutes for my order inside the store I approached a cashier by the name of Brandon to see what was going on with my order because I felt 20 min was a unreasonable time to wait for a single whopper combo when there was only a handful of people in the restaurant.
I understand food doesn’t appear instantly, so I just wanted to make sure they didn’t forget about my order or if there was a issue.
The manager was very rude when I questioned him about his title and the status of my order.
He then suddenly told me to leave and told me he wasn’t gonna refund me or give me my food. He then threatened to call the cops because I told him I wasn’t leaving without my money or food. So the police actually showed up 15 minutes later and they helped me get my food from him because they realized how irrational this whole incident was.
What a shame that your employee embarrassed me with the police because he was upset with my questions, I was never at one rude or disrespectful towards him or any worker. I just simply wanted my food, I didn’t even get to enjoy it properly because of how I felt after the incident.

I went to the pick up area and asked for my food, the expediter/order taker just ignored me. I had to ask twice. He wasn't even busy because the place was empty. When I gave him my name, he asked me what I had ordered, I told him what I ordered and he said it wasn't ready, but there was a bag with my name on it sitting right there. So I asked him if that was my food and he said he didn't know, I said to him, it's got my name on it. He looked at the bag and said I don't know what's in it, it doesn't have the receipt, I said open it and check, he said he can't because it's sealed. Just then another employee walked up and asked me for my name, I said Mike, he handed me the bag. So I sat down and opened the bag and it was what I ordered, but there where no napkins, I asked for some and was told there are some next to the soda dispenser, but there weren't any, I asked again and they said to go orders usually don't get napkins.
