I went for their services on 3/1/24 Asked for a battery replacement on my samsung Galaxy S22+. and it was completed swiftly. But during the process, I wish the technician was taking her time and being gentle with my phone because I noticed a scrape mark on the bottom right part on my phone. Like, was she in a hurry for something because this is not okay. Again, I am satisfied with the battery replacement but dissatisfied with the care of my phone being scraped in the process. You may think it's not a problem, but as a customer, I expected the technician to take care of my phone and not have to worry about any cosmetic damage even if it looks minor or small to the phone. Also, they didn't bother to clean my phone's camera lense before putting the back glass on the phone. Now my wide-angle camera looks grungy and makes light have a crazy glair on night photos (it was never like that before) Thanks for screwing up my phone even further for not cleaning the lense before putting it back and the scrape mark on top of that.
