Horrible Experience ! I bough a bracelet online and choose the pick up the store option, an hour later I received an email it was ready to be picked up. I went the following day discovering supposedly they send the wrong item , and I had to repurchase it!! WHY?, it was in stock they showed it to me , their explanations was.... when the store have less than 5 of any item they can't release them to online orders!! IM NOT MAKING THIS UP!. I EXPLAINED Its a birthday gift for an event today, the Manager I suppose couldn't give a rats @SS. I drop a pen in frustration after signing the receipt and the "lady" accuse me of tossing it to her , Is she a white desk ?. Also she mentioned and I quote -" You are not gonna throw things in my store!" wow is she the owner/founder of Pandora , was I talking to Winnie Liljeborg .
PS. The item can still be purchase online and pick up at the store. Why was I not able again to get my item again?
I drove to the Fashion Valley store and they had the product I explained their situation and event that team called them morons.
Do yourself a favor go to Fashion Valley, Plaza Las Americas, or any other store.

They will not fill within a reasonable time line. I'm on the 3rd day after a cyber Monday sale. I walked in to ask for the onsite item already paid for. (Anniversary) They refused unless I had an email stating it's ready. They did offer to sale me the same piece of jewelry. Then return the other one once it comes in. Hmm.... suspicious. Can't help but feel that the storefront don't support online sales. Very odd. Funny how so many other retail shops offer 24 pick up. First time disappointed as I will have to choose another anniversary gift. Buyer beware, give yourself 7 days. Perhaps they will come through...
